Antiulcer amino-benzimidazole compounds substituted on the nitrogen; these compounds correspond to the following general formula: ##STR1## in which the various substituents are defined hereinbelow.

Antiulcer benzimidazoles

The present invention relates to oxime ethers of the general formula I ##STR1## R.sub.2 being a pyridyl radical. The invention also relates to processes for the preparation of oxime ethers of general formula I. The compounds according to the invention may be used as medicaments particularly for their spasmolytic and anti-histamine action.

Oxime ethers of 1-pyridyl-3-pentanone

Medicament based on Hansenula or extracts of Hansenula. The medicament consists of Hansenula yeasts, in particular of Hansenula anomala, or extracts of Hansenula, notably insoluble glucans.

Composition and method employing extracts of Hansenula as a medicament

The compounds have the formula: ##STR1## in which R is OH, OCH.sub.3, OCH.sub.2 CH.dbd.CH.sub.2 or OCH.sub.2 --C.tbd.CH, or a halogen atom, as well as their addition salts. The compounds have anti-depressant properties.

The invention provides new compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which one of the symbols R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 denoted a hydrogen atom and the other a hydroxyl group or, together, the two denote an oxygen atom, and R.sub.3 denotes an alkenyl group having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, a cyclohexyl group, or an aminoalkyl group in which the alkyl group has from 1 to 3 carbon atoms and the amino group is a morpholino, 4-methylpiperazino or piperidino radical, as well as the pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts of the compounds containing an amino group, which are useful as tranquilizers, anticonvulsants and anti-depressants.
