The robot for arteriography comprises a fixed base and a movable receptacle. The receptacle comprises a recipient receiving an elongate flexible member. A drive system drives the receptacle relative to the base. The receptacle comprises a drive module rigidly connected to the elongate flexible member in translation in operational configuration of the robot.
