Alarm triggering device for a security system and method for installing an alarm triggering device

A smoke detector includes a drift chamber and an ionization chamber formed by a first electrode and a second electrode. Electric charges are generated by ionization of the air. The drift chamber separated from the ionization chamber by the second electrode. The smoke particles penetrates from the environment to a detector inside the drift chamber. The electrical potential of first electrode exceeds a critical electric potential value for generating a corona discharge in the vicinity of the first electrode. The second electrode has openings for the electric charges generated in the ionization chamber to move to the drift chamber. The electric potential of the second electrode allows the electric charges in the drift chamber to move from the second electrode to the third electrode. The electric field between the second and third electrodes is at least 100 times weaker than the electric field between the first and second electrodes.

Smoke detector

An extinguisher identifying device. The device comprises an extinguisher identifying device and an activation device, and a communications module. The extinguisher identifying device reads an identifying element on an extinguisher to obtain identifying data of the extinguisher. The activation device is configured to activate the extinguisher identifying device in response to a predetermined event. The communications module is configured to transmit the extinguisher identifying data to a management device.

The smoke detector comprises a housing provided with one or more openings for the passage of smoke particles into an interior of the housing. A first electrode and a second electrode are disposed in the interior of the housing and generate an electric field by application of an electrical potential therebetween. A detection chamber is defined between the first electrode and the second electrode, the detection chamber comprising an ionization zone for the generation of charged particles by ionization of air in the vicinity of the second electrode and a drift zone for the movement of charged particles towards the first electrode. P.A. system installation method

The invention relates to a local radio communication system comprising a central controller (), several bases () which are connected to the controller and several terminals () which communicate with the bases. The bases () communicate with the terminals using a local radio communication protocol with time division multiple access. Said bases are adapted to real-time transmit chronological information to the controller releasing to the transmissions planned for said bases. The controller is adapted to determine if there is a risk of interferences occurring between the planned transmissions and to impose a chronology for said planned transmissions on the bases in order to limit said interferences.

Local radio communication system

After emission of an acoustic pulse, having a first duration, from a given location, acoustic signals coming from the location are gathered through a multi-scattering medium on an array of transducers and recorded, for a second duration greater by at least one order of magnitude than the first duration. Return signals obtained by temporal inversion and amplification of the signals gathered during the second duration are emitted back from said transducers toward the multiscattering medium in order to focus acoustic energy to the location while providing temporal compression of the focussed acoustic energy.

One-way messaging receiver

To measure the absolute speed of a body moving relative to the ground using an onboard speed sensor , a radar wave is transmitted towards the ground by an antenna with a wide aperture angle. The wave reflected by a reflecting obstacle on the ground and the transmitted wave are mixed and the frequency content of the low frequency signal obtained is determined. The speed of the moving object and the height of the transmitter and receiver antennas above the ground can then be measured by adjusting a theoretical curve to the time-varying evolution of the Doppler frequency corresponding to the reflecting obstacle.
