An example operation may include one or more of storing state information of a system component via a data block included among a hash-linked chain of data blocks of a blockchain, the state information identifying operating features of the system component at a first point in time, receiving, from the system component, re-computed state information of the system component captured at a second point in time that is subsequent to the first point in time, determining an integrity of the system component based on the re-computed state information and the previously stored state information of the system component stored among the hash-linked chain of data blocks, and transmitting information about the determined integrity to a computing system associated with the system component.

A local computer receives an indication that a remote session has been started, where starting the remote session includes the local computer accessing a remote computer. The local computer then updates one or more keys of a smart physical keyboard to display the keyboard input language for the remote session.

A method and systems for protecting the identification of a subscriber when a service provider transmits a subscriber request to a content provider in a distributed network environment, such as Internet. After the user sends a request to a service provider to which he has subscribed, the service provider encrypts the user identifier before transmitting this request with the encrypted user identifier to the content provider. Upon reception, the content provider uses an authentication Web Service supplied by the service provider for certifying the user identifier. If the user identifier is certified, the content provider transmits the requested content to the service provider, which formats it before sending it to the user. The content provider may charge the user through the service provider.

Systems for protecting subscriber identification between service and content providers

Method for protecting subscriber identification between service and content providers

Personalized notifications are delivered to end users. A service provider receives, a content description from a content provider. The content description defines keywords, values attached to each keyword and a localization of values attached to each keyword in a piece of content. Each time a subscription request for a notification service related to the received content description is received from an end user, keywords values and the delivery channels selected by the user are recorded. A notification rule associated with the end user based on the selected keyword values and the localization of the selected keyword values in the content is generated. Each time a piece of content related to the content description is received from the content provider, the received piece of content is adapted to comply with the generated rules. For each rule previously generated, the values contained in the adapted piece of content are checked against the values as defined in the rule for each localization.

Method and system for service providers to personalize event notifications to users

The connecting device includes a securing plate and locking spring attached to the cable connector of the cable-to-card connectors. The connecting device is pressed, when the connectors are mated, by the front portion of the cable connector against the host machine chassis which in turn is pressed flat against the adapter card brackets. In a preferred embodiment the connecting device is attached on the front portion of a standard cable connector with removable fastener, in particular with a locking spring. In another embodiment, the connecting device is an integral part of the cable connector.

Connecting device for large cable-to-card connectors

This invention describes a test tool based on a PC workstation. This test tool is used to validate any E1 framing telecommunication device. In order to comply with the CCITT G.706 recommendations, a device has to pass a series of test cases that are predetermined. Each test case contains test sequences according to the CCITT G.706 specifications. The purpose of this test tool is to generate a set of stimuli in the transmission mode, whereas in the reception mode, the value of the data returned by the tested device is analyzed and compared with the expected response. The data bytes are structured as for E1 multiframe format containing 16 frames of 32 timeslots, where each timeslot is a data byte. According to the G.706 recommendations, timeslot 0 is dedicated to the frame and multiframe alignment and to the CRC test. The test tool enables generating of the content of the 8-bit timeslot 0 of each frame and therefore modifying the frame alignment, the multiframe alignment and the CRC procedure test tool; and storing the content of the received 8-bit timeslot 0 to monitor the remote alarm indication bit (`A` bit) reflecting the behavior of the tested device so as to determine whether this latter conforms to the CCITT G.706 recommendations.

Method and apparatus for G.706 frame alignment and CRC procedure test

A frame transfer mechanism for a processor controlled network node connected to network link wherein fixed-length data frames including a fixed number of slots are to be transferred to and from a memory (10) under processor (23) control. The incoming data flow through a FIFO-IN shift register (22). The outgoing frames flow through a FIFO-OUT (24) register. Both FIFO shift registers are provided with an extra bit position which is used to insert a synchronization-bit (flag) used to control synchronization operation of the system and incoming frames. The extra-bit position is fedback from FIFO-OUT to FIFO-IN to enable wrap-test operation.
