The present invention includes an applicator device that comprises a first sheet with a bottom surface and a top surface. A cosmetic portion is positioned on the top surface of the first sheet. The applicator device also includes a second sheet that comprises a bottom surface facing the top surface of the first sheet and the cosmetic portion.
