A filter arrangement for a vacuum cleaning appliance includes: a filter enclosure having an enclosure opening; a filter configured to be received through the enclosure opening into the filter enclosure in an insertion direction; and retention means operable between latched and unlatched states for releasably retaining the filter in the filter enclosure. The filter includes an actuation portion configured to operate the retention means, wherein the actuation portion is moveable between at least first and second positions and is biased towards the second position. When the filter is in the filter enclosure, movement of the actuation portion in the insertion direction from the first position to a depressed position transitions the retention means to the unlatched state, whereinafter the actuation portion is moved to the second position in which at least a part of the actuation portion is elevated above the enclosure opening.

Filter arrangement for a vacuum cleaning appliance

A lighting device includes a light permeable body which has an aperture through which light enters the body. A light source is moveable relative to the body to enable the lighting device to adopt selectively one of a first configuration and a second configuration. In the first configuration, the light source is positioned over the aperture so that light emitted by the light source passes through the body before illuminating the room. In the second configuration, the light source is spaced laterally from the aperture so that the room is illuminated directly by light emitted from the light source.

Lighting device

A lighting device includes a light source, a base and an articulated support. The support has a first arm which is rotatable relative to the base about a first axis, a second arm upon which the light source is mounted, and a joint section which connects the second arm to the first arm for movement relative thereto about a second axis which is parallel to the first axis. The second arm is also moveable relative to the joint section about a third axis which intersects, and is orthogonal to, the second axis to change the orientation of the light source relative to the base.

Lamp

A lighting device includes a support and an arm which is mountable on the support in a selected orientation for movement relative thereto. The arm has a channel extending at least partially along the length of the arm. A light source is mounted on the arm. A first electrical connector is mounted on the support, and a second electrical connector is mounted on the arm. The second electrical connector is detachably electrically connected to the first electrical connector, and is moveable along the channel with lengthwise movement of the arm relative to the support.

A light fixture including a light source and heat pipes that are connected to an array of fins which cool the light source. The light fixture is configured such that the thermal mass is minimised local to the light source. The heat pipes are arranged so that they are aligned with the light emitting areas of the light source. The heat pipes and fins form a structure which supports the light source.

Light fixture

A lighting device includes a baffle extending about an optical axis to surround a light source, and a reflector module connected to the baffle. The reflector module includes a main reflector having a light exit opening from which a light output of the lighting device is projected towards a target area, the optical axis passing through the opening, and reflective surfaces adjacent to the opening for reflecting light incident thereon away from the opening. The reflector module further includes auxiliary reflectors for adjusting the shape of the light output of the lighting device. Each auxiliary reflector has a reflective surface, and is moveable relative to the main reflector between a stowed position and a deployed position in which at least part of the reflective surface of the auxiliary reflector is exposed, by the opening of the main reflector, to reflect light incident thereon away from the target area.
