The plurality of work machines may each also include a drive module configured with one or more motors and positioned over one or more track roller frames. The plurality of work machines may also include a ripping module configured with one or more ripping devices to cut or rip encountered material. The plurality of work machines may also include a hydraulic module including one or more devices in a front region to cut and rip the encountered material.

A track-type tractor may comprise an operator cab, an engine, a frame supporting the operator cab and the engine, and an implement configured to move a load. The track-type tractor may further comprise at least one hydraulic lift cylinder configured to raise and lower the implement. The hydraulic lift cylinder may include a head end, a rod end, and a cylinder barrel. The cylinder barrel may be connected to the backside of the implement, and the rod end may be connected to the frame.

Modular electric drive autonomous TTT

A cooling assembly is disclosed for use with an electric machine having a housing, a shaft rotatably supported within the housing, a rotor operatively coupled to rotate with the shaft, and a stator annularly surrounding the rotor. The cooling assembly may have an axial passage formed along a longitudinal axis of the shaft and configured to direct cooling oil from a first end of the shaft towards a second end of the shaft opposite the first end of the shaft. The cooling assembly may also have an angled passage fluidly connected to the axial passage and configured to redirect the cooling oil towards a gap between an outer surface of the rotor and an inner surface of the stator. The cooling assembly may further have an arcuate groove formed along the outer surface of the rotor and configured to sling the cooling oil towards opposing ends of the rotor.

Electric machine having rotor and stator cooling assembly

A system for increasing stiffness and/or strength of a light-duty machine component having propensity for flexing along an elongated axis is provided. The system includes a pair of receptacles disposed on the machine component, wherein each of the receptacles is located in a spaced apart relation to one another and disposed parallel to the elongated axis. The system further includes at least one backing member corresponding to a distance between the pair of receptacles. The backing member is configured to define at least a pair of openings therethrough. The pair of openings is configured to axially align with the pair of receptacles defined on the machine component. The system further includes a plurality of fasteners such that at least one fastener is received in each pair of axially aligned receptacles and openings for releasably securing the backing member to the machine component.

System for increasing stiffness of a light-duty machine component

A final drive system for a machine includes a stationary side housing in which a planetary gear assembly and an elongated brake hub member are disposed. The planetary gear assembly includes a ring gear disposed within the stationary side housing; a planetary gear carrier rotatably supported by the stationary side housing; and multiple planet gears that are disposed in mesh with the ring gear. The planetary gear assembly further includes a sun gear disposed in mesh with the planet gears to rotatably drive the planet gears. The elongated brake hub member axially extends from the sun gear and defines a set of internal and external splines that are located distally away from the integrally formed sun gear. The set of internal splines and the set of external splines are configured to mesh with a set of external splines from an axle shaft and a brake pack of the machine respectively.

Final drive system for a machine

This patent disclosure describes heat management and removal assemblies for electronic devices that generate heat during use. The disclosed assemblies are particularly useful for cooling insulated gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs). The disclosed assemblies provide a low-resistance parallel cooling circuit for efficiently delivering coolant to one or more electronic devices. The disclosed parallel cooling circuits and assembly designs reduce the pump power required to deliver coolant to one or more electronic devices.

A system is provided for transmitting torque with speed modulation between a motor generator and an engine. The system includes a first shaft, a second shaft, a first reduction gearset, and a second reduction gearset. The first shaft is configured to rotatably connect with the motor generator. The second shaft is configured to rotatably connect with the engine. The first reduction gearset is rotatably supported at least in part on the first shaft. The first reduction gearset is disposed in selective engagement with the first shaft via a first overrunning clutch disposed therebetween. The second reduction gearset is rotatably supported at least in part on the first shaft and at least in part on the second shaft. The second reduction gearset is disposed in selective engagement with the first shaft via a second overrunning clutch disposed therebetween.
