A method of producing a pump body for dispensing fluid product, the body having a casing with an inlet orifice which includes a valve having a ball retained in a cage, the method includes: moulding the casing by forming ribs in relief having two lateral faces which join together along an internal edge and an upper end having a free upper surface; introducing the ball into the cage below the upper ends; deforming the upper ends to form visors extending radially towards the interior of the casing to imprison the ball in the cage; with the ribs being formed with their free surface extending from one lateral edge to the other by forming a dome having a top, with the deformation of the upper ends being provided by causing a matrix to bear against the tops then via axial displacement from the matrix on a stroke for crushing domes.

Method for producing a pump body for the dispensing of a fluid product

A system for actuating a member for dispensing a fluid product has a push button and a body having a well for mounting on a tube for supplying the member. The push button is axially movable over an actuating course of the member. A locking device reversibly locks the actuation by preventing movement. The locking device has an insert mounted in the bushing with the option of relative rotation, the insert having means for connecting to the member for conjoint rotation and at least one deformable stop. The locking device has a structure connected to the bushing for conjoint rotation and is arranged, by rotating the bushing relative to the insert, to deform the stop between an active state in which said stop is arranged on the actuating course to interfere with the body and an inactive state in which said stop is at a distance from the course.

A refillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a container formed in a body. The bottle comprises a dispensing device and a valve for filling the container arranged to allow a product source to be brought into communication with the container to fill the container. The valve comprises a conduit for communication between the source and the container, and having a seat equipped with a flap valve movable relative to the seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of the conduit when the bottle is in an upside-down position. The valve has an upper cylindrical coupling in which the flap valve is movably mounted by forming, inside the cylindrical coupling, a downstream portion of the conduit which discharges into the container by means of a passage. A refillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a container formed in a body. The bottle comprises a device for dispensing the packaged product mounted on the body in a sealed manner, and equipped with a valve for filling the container to allow a product source to be brought into communication with the container to fill the container. The valve comprises a conduit for communication between the source and the container, the conduit having a seat equipped with a flap valve movable relative to the seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of the conduit when the bottle is in an upside-down position. The flap valve has a device for resiliently stressing the seal in the closed position. The device can be uncoupled from the flap valve in order to release the subsequent movement of the flap valve between the closed and open positions thereof.

A fillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product provided with a relief valve for filling the reservoir and putting a source of product into communication with the reservoir for filling, the relief valve including a passage for communication between the source and the reservoir, the passage having a seat provided with a valve which is mobile relative to the seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of the passage, the valve being mobile between its closed and open positions under the effect of the gravity induced by the positioning of the bottle respectively in an upright position and in a turned-over position, the bottle including at least one bell in the reservoir, the bell being in communication with the reservoir in the upright position and isolated from the reservoir in the turned-over position in order to not be filled by the product coming from the source.
