A refrigeration appliance including: (a) a cabinet that includes a vacuum-insulated structure within which a refrigeration compartment configured to hold a food item is disposed; and (b) a door that includes a vacuum-insulated door structure coupled to the cabinet, the vacuum-insulated door including (i) a gasket that forms a seal against the vacuum-insulated cabinet when the door is in a closed position and (ii) a projection inward of the gasket that projects into the refrigeration compartment and is separated from the vacuum-insulated cabinet by a gap, the gap having a shortest distance that is less than 12 mm.

A vacuum-insulated door comprises a door skin having a perimeter defined by a top edge, a pair of side edges, and a bottom edge spaced from the top edge by the pair of side edges. A vacuum-insulated cell is located in the vacuum-insulated door. A frame assembly includes a top bracket coupled to the top edge, a bottom bracket coupled to the bottom edge, and at least one top hinge pin connected to the top bracket and at least one bottom hinge pin connected to the bottom bracket. The at least one top hinge pin and the at least one bottom hinge pin are configured to connect to a hinge assembly of a cooling appliance.

Vis door reinforcement bracket design

An appliance door assembly includes a front panel spaced apart from a rear panel. A door adjustment assembly is coupled with the rear panel and includes a housing that defines a cavity. A driven member is positioned within the cavity and extends at least partially from the housing. The driven member is movable between a first position and a second position. A driving member is rotatably engaged with the driven member and is configured to rotate the driven member. A bracket is coupled with the door adjustment assembly at a first end and coupled with the rear panel at a second end. The bracket abuts the housing of the door adjustment assembly when the driven member is in the first position and is spaced apart from the housing of the door adjustment assembly when the driven member is in the second position.

Adjustment assembly for appliance door

A refrigerated appliance is provided herein. The refrigerated appliance includes a cabinet defining a compartment. A first door is coupled to the cabinet. The first door defines a storage chamber therein. A second door is disposed on an opposing side of the first door from the cabinet. A bin is disposed within the chamber. A bracket is disposed between the first door and the bin. The bracket includes a rotatable member to rotate the bin between first and second positions.

A refrigeration unit includes a cabinet, a door coupled to the cabinet, at least one gasket coupled to the door, and a heat loop conduit. The cabinet includes a front perimeter that surrounds an opening to a storage compartment within the cabinet. The door is operable between an open position to provide access to the storage compartment and a closed position to conceal the opening to the storage compartment. The at least one gasket is configured to be compressed between the door and the front perimeter of the cabinet in the closed position of the door. The heat loop conduit has a first conduit portion that extends around a majority of the opening along the front perimeter of the cabinet and a second conduit portion that extends around the majority of the opening along the front perimeter of the cabinet.

Refrigeration unit

A refrigerator appliance includes an icemaker that is selectively closeable by a door. An outer gasket is positioned about an edge of the door and a sealing gasket is positioned around a center portion of the door inside the outer gasket. A plurality of protrusions extend from a rim of the icemaker. A liner is aligned with and spaced apart from the rim. A first gasket and a second gasket are positioned between the rim and the liner.

Door gasket assembly for a refrigerated appliance

A refrigerator drawer includes a front wall, a rear wall, first and second opposing sides walls, an adjustable partition wall, and first and second rollers. The front and rear walls define first and second slots, respectively. The first and second opposing sides walls each extend between the front and rear walls such that the front, rear wall, and side walls define an internal storage space. The partition wall is disposed within the storage space. The partition wall has first and second ends extending outward and through the first and second slots, respectively. The first and second rollers are attached to the first and second ends on opposing sides of the front and rear walls, respectively. The first and second rollers are configured to roll along exterior surfaces of the front wall and rear wall, respectively, to adjust distances between the partition wall and the side walls.

A method including forming a housing configured to house a number of first magnets; fixing the number of first magnets to the housing to form a magnetic sub-assembly; and attaching the magnetic sub-assembly to at least one of the closure or the body. The magnetic sub-assembly being configured to cooperate with a number of second magnets disposed on either the closure or the body, so that when the closure is in the closed position, a magnetic force between the magnetic sub-assembly and the number of second magnets biases the closure towards the body.

A sealing gasket is positioned around a center portion of the door. A plurality of protrusions extend from a box rim of the icemaker box. A liner is aligned with and spaced apart from the box rim. A first gasket and a second gasket are positioned between the box rim and the liner.
