A modular cargo management system for a flatbed vehicle includes a flatbed of a vehicle, at least one accessory assembly, and an attachment system that secures the at least one accessory assembly to the flatbed. The attachment system has feet that are each received within an aperture when the accessory assembly is secured to the flatbed.

Flatbed vehicle accessory assembly and flatbed vehicle cargo management method

A platform assembly for a cargo area of a vehicle includes a floor panel and a cover panel. The floor panel includes a main section slidable between a rest position in which the main section is substantially within the cargo area of the vehicle and an extended position in which the main section extends beyond the cargo area of the vehicle. An opening in the floor panel is exposed when the main section is in the extended position. The cover panel is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The cover panel is configured to cover the opening exposed in the floor panel when the main section is in the deployed position.

Platform assembly for vehicle

A cargo bed extension system includes a tub of a cargo bed. The tub is configured to transition back-and-forth between a standard position and an extended position. The tub is closer to a cab of a vehicle when the tub is in the standard position than when the tub is in the extended position. A panel is oriented vertically when the tub is in the standard position and is oriented horizontally when the tub is in the extended position. The panel provides a floor section between the cab and the tub when the tub is in the extended position.

Cargo bed extension system

A vehicle cargo bed system includes a floor assembly that transitions back-and-forth between a standard floor position and an extended floor position. The floor assembly includes floor sections each having a cargo support surface. The floor sections are folded when the floor assembly is in the standard floor position. The floor sections are unfolded when the floor assembly is in the extended floor position. The assembly further includes first and second side wall assemblies of the cargo bed that transition back-and-forth between a standard wall position and an extended wall position. The first and second side wall assemblies each include an extendable portion and a fixed portion. The extendable portions extend and retract relative to the respective fixed portions when the first and second side wall assemblies transition back-and-forth between the standard wall position and the extended wall position.

The present disclosure discloses a stake support bracket coupled to walls of a cargo bed of a vehicle such as a pick-up-bed truck for providing support to a stake of a standard size or a non-standard size. The stake support bracket includes a first panel, a second panel transverse to the first panel, and a third panel transverse to the second panel. The third panel includes a stake support opening. The stake support bracket further includes a first extension transverse to the third panel and extending away from the first panel and a second extension transverse to the first panel and extending away from the third panel. The stake support bracket provides support to the bottom and the sides of the stake and reduces probabilities of wobbling or pivoting of the stakes.

The floor assembly is configured to transition back and forth between a standard floor position and an extended floor position. An apparatus and method, according to an exemplary aspect includes, among other things, a bracket system having a first portion fixed to a vehicle panel and a second portion that is moveable relative to the first portion for adjustment purposes. At least one first fastener holds the first and second portions together prior to assembly of the vehicle panel to a pillar. The at least one first fastener is loosened to adjust a position of the second portion relative to the pillar. At least one second fastener secures the second portion to the pillar subsequent to adjustment, and the at least one first fastener is tightened subsequent to adjustment to hold the vehicle panel in a desired position relative to the pillar.

Quarter panel bracket system for pillar assembly adjustment

A vehicle includes a two-panel support structure for each side of a bed of a pick-up truck. Each side includes an upper panel and a lower panel between the upper panel and the bed. The upper panel includes multiple indentations from a cab-side to a tailgate side of the bed. The lower panel includes a plurality of extensions that extend into one or more of the multiple indentations. The combination of each indentation and extension creates a pocket into which a platform, board, or other support structure, such as cross-brace, can be placed. The support structure can extend from one indentation on one side to a corresponding indentation on another side of the bed. The support structure creates support in conjunction with other support structures for a larger platform, such as a piece of plywood the size of the bed.

The fascia bracket includes a first flange integrated into the quarter panel, a second flange comprising a vehicle body mount interface, and a gripping feature configured to grip a portion of a fascia to be attached to the quarter panel.

A pickup truck box assembly including a header, a truck bed, an upper header rail, and a toolbox is provided. The truck bed has a forward end supporting the header, a rear end having a tailgate pivotally mounted thereto, and a pair of wheel wells disposed on opposing sides of the truck bed. The upper header rail may be secured at an upper portion of the header. The toolbox may include an extruded body defining a channel extending laterally a width of the truck bed. A lower surface of the body may be spaced from the truck bed a distance greater than a height of the wheel wells. First and second body side panels may be mounted to the truck bed and arranged with the toolbox to define sidewalls of the toolbox. The upper header rail and the toolbox may be formed by extrusion as a single component.
