The present invention provides a filter device having a water inlet and a water outlet. The filter device comprises a filter cabin () and a filter core (). The water inlet and the water outlet are disposed on one end of the filter cabin (). The filter cabin () comprises a cabin body, a cabin door and a gear driving assembly. The cabin body disposes a gear-mounting slot for receiving and holding the gear driving assembly. The filter core has an end portion, which is fluidly connected with the water inlet and the water outlet. The filter core disposes a driving rack on an outside surface thereof. The driving rack is engaged with the gear driving assembly. The filter device of the present invention can quickly replace the filter core () by the special design of the filter core, the filter cabin () and the gear driving assembly.

The present invention discloses a filter with an automatic control of flow, which contains a housing having a water inlet and a water outlet on one end, a bottom cover connecting to the other end of the housing and a filter material provided in the housing, comprising an outlet end fluidly connecting with the water outlet through a flow control unit. Based on the structure design of the flow control unit, the filter of the present invention can remind users to replace the filter materials in an easy and visible way at the time when the filter materials reach the end of working period.
