Methods and apparatus for treatment of aneurysms adjacent branch arteries

An ocular device for treating glaucoma in an eye are described herein. The ocular device includes a first end, a second end, and a body. The first end is configured to seat in an anterior chamber of an eye. The first end includes an inlet configured to facilitate an ingress of aqueous humor into the ocular device. The second end is configured to seat in a tear film of the eye. The second end includes an outlet configured to facilitate release a flow of the aqueous humor into the tear film. The body is defined by a fluid conduit. The body includes a lumen having a lumen length and a lumen cross sectional area. The lumen length and the lumen cross sectional area are configured to control an intraocular pressure (IOP) of the eye by controlling the flow of the aqueous humor through the lumen.

Ocular device and method for glaucoma treatment

Methods, devices and systems are described for treating venous insufficiency in which the vein is compressed at least partially along a treatment zone. A system can be provided including an injection device, such as a glue gun, that is operably connected to a delivery catheter that can be advanced across a treatment zone in the vein. The delivery catheter can be used to deliver one, two, or more boluses of media (e.g., cyanoacrylate) to occlude the vein along different spaced-apart sections of the treatment zone. External compression can also be applied to the vein by a compression element, such as a hand or multifunctional ultrasound transducer, to occlude portions of the vein along the treatment zone prior to or during the introduction of the boluses of media.

A method and device for the treatment of an aneurysm are provided. Different therapeutic agents are delivered to the aneurysmal site by a reservoir and delivery means in a localized, and, in some embodiments, time-released regimen, to treat, limit and reduce the severity of the aneurysm.
