A unit for uneven transferring of a bead () stream in a filter manufacturing machine, from receiving pockets () to leading away pockets (), through guiding grooves disposed on guiding plates, comprising two guiding plates () situated on top of each other, whereas a guiding groove (A) of the first guiding plate () and a guiding groove (A) of the second guiding plate () intersect, forming at least one bead () guiding chamber, whereas at least one of the guiding plates () is movable, wherein the receiving pockets () and the leading away pockets () are disposed along the circumference of the guiding plates () so that the distances (S1, S2, T1, T2) between the successive pockets () are alternately different.

Method and unit for uneven transferring of beads

Device for transferring cylindrical segments from a hopper onto a grouping belt is provided with a guiding drum, having flutes on its periphery and a circumferentially closed conveyor which delivers segments to a rotary element with pushers. Conveyor with seats with a catching element for catching segments, and transferring the segments from the conveyor to the element is effected by means of a spiral drum. The device has a push-down element constituted by a cam with a groove of a height corresponding to the diameter of the segment. The catching element has the form of a depression in the body of the seat shaped as a half of a cylinder, corresponding to the diameter of the segment, with locks on edges, whereas the axis of the depression is perpendicular to the direction of motion of the conveyor.

Device for transferring filter segments in the process of manufacturing multi-segment filter rods

A method and device for feeding beads in a tobacco industry system including a bead container, a bead feeding unit having a plurality of channels for supplying a plurality of bead streams, a unit for transferring the beads to the filter material, where the beads are fed from holding pockets of the bead feeding unit to receiving pockets of the bead transfer unit, in which the beads are supplied from the bead container to a plurality of channels of the bead feeding unit which form holding pockets; the beads are fed from the holding pockets of the bead feeding unit to the receiving pockets of the bead transfer unit and to a delivery wheel by a movable feeding device; the beads are picked up from the receiving pockets by a movable guiding device.

Bead feeding method and bead feeder

Beads are transferred in the form of a flow along supply channels into first holding pockets; the beads from the holding pockets of the bead feeding unit are fed to receiving pockets of a bead transfer unit by means of movable feeding means, then in the bead transfer unit the beads are inserted into a guiding chamber formed at the intersection of a guiding groove of a first guiding plate and a guiding groove of a second guiding plate of the bead transfer unit, at least one guiding plate is rotated relative to the second guiding plate, which forces the movement of the guiding chamber so that the distance of the guiding chamber to the axis of rotation of the guiding plates changes, and the beads from the guiding chamber or the guiding channel are conveyed to a outfeeding pocket.

Bead feeding method and bead feeding unit

The subject matter of the application is a method of feeding beads in the tobacco industry system, in a unit for transferring a stream of beads (), from receiving pockets () to outfeeding pockets (), where the beads are transferred along guiding grooves (A,B,A,B,C) disposed on guiding plates (), comprising the steps in which: the beads are fed to a guiding chamber () formed at the intersection of the guiding groove (A,B) of the first guiding plate () and the guiding groove (A,B,C) of the second guiding plate (); at least one guiding plate is rotated relative to the second guiding plate, which forces the movement of the guiding chamber () so that the distance of the guiding chamber () to the axis of rotation of the guiding plates changes; the beads are conveyed from the guiding chamber () to the outfeeding pocket (). The subject matter of the application is also a device for the implementation of the method.

Method and unit for feeding beads

A device having a variable-capacity store () formed with the aid of conveyors on two neighboring levels having one input channel (), formed by a lower conveyor () and an upper conveyor (), and one output channel (), formed by an upper conveyor () and a lower conveyor (), having a back plate (), which is coupled with a slide () separating the levels of the store (), equipped with a separating conveyor () so that they jointly effect to and fro motion, parallel to the horizontal conveyors, with the surface of the back plate (), concave on the side of the store (), is formed a the chain conveyor (), characterized by the fact that the upper input conveyor () has at the end an arched part () pointing upwards, and the lower output conveyor () has at the beginning an arched part () pointing downwards, so that the two conveyors (and) approach each other with the arched parts (and).

Store-transport device for elongated rod shaped elements

Assembly having a plurality of conveyors () and a variable capacity store () with one inlet () and one outlet () formed on two neighboring levels, a lower one () and an upper one (), closed with a common back plate (), fixed to a slide () making reciprocating movements, the concave surface () of which, on the interior side of the store () constitutes a conveyor (), provided with a rotary arm, fixed to a slide (), the axis of rotation of which is coaxial with a center of curvature of the surface () of the back plate (), and at the inlet () there is a swing mounted valve element () and a swing limiter () for displacing rod shaped elements (), whereas at the outlet () there is swing mounted valve element (). Moreover the invention presents a method of controlling mass flow of rod shaped elements in the store () and self-filling and self-emptying of the store () constituting a part of the assembly disposed in a production line of products of tobacco industry.
