This invention relates to compounds having the general formula: ##STR1## in which ##STR2## is selected from: a radical ##STR3## in which R'.sub.1 is hydrogen and R'.sub.2 is selected from hydrogen; C.sub.1-6 alkyl; C.sub.2-6 alkenyl; C.sub.2-6 alkynyl; phenyl; phenyl C.sub.1-6 alkyl; mono-, di- and trimethoxyphenyl C.sub.1-6 alkyl; C.sub.1-6 alkoxy; benzyloxy; di-C.sub.1-6 alkylamino-C.sub.1-6 alkyl; C.sub.1-6 hydroxyalkyl; C.sub.1-6 alkyloxycarbonyl-C.sub.1-6 alkyl; or R'.sub.1 and R'.sub.2 are joined to form a heterocyclic ring; and their pharmacologically acceptable inorganic and organic acid addition salts. Said compounds are therapeutically useful for the treatment of dysrhythmia.
