A refrigeration cycle system is provided with a two-cylinder type rotary compressor having one compression mechanism which includes a switching mechanism for switching a back surface side of a blade between a low pressure mode and a high pressure mode and controlling the inner space of the cylinder chamber to the high pressure upon switching at the low pressure mode. In a high load state, a normal operation is performed by switching the pressure of the back surface side of the blade of the one compression mechanism at the high pressure mode. In a low load state, an uncompressed operation is performed by switching the pressure of the back surface side of the blade of the one compression mechanism at the low pressure mode and by controlling the inner space of the cylinder chamber to the high pressure to move the blade away from the roller.

Refrigeration cycle system

A rotary closed type compressor is configured such that an inside of a case becomes high pressure, and the rotary closed type compressor comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder having cylinder chambers in which eccentric rollers are housed, respectively, vanes which divide the cylinder chamber into two sections, respectively, and vane chambers in which back-face side end portions of the vanes are housed, respectively. The vane on the first cylinder side is pressed and biased by a spring member provided in the vane chamber, and the vane on the second cylinder side is pressed and biased according to pressure difference between case internal pressure introduced to the vane chamber and suction pressure or discharge pressure introduced to the cylinder chamber.

Rotary closed type compressor and refrigerating cycle apparatus

A closed compressor includes a closed case in which a plurality of compression mechanism sections are accommodated, the compression mechanism section having a cylinder including a cylinder chamber eccentrically rotatably accommodating a roller, the compression mechanism section including a blade having a leading edge to divide the cylinder chamber into two parts along a direction in which the roller rotates, the compressor including a high-pressure refrigerant introducing mechanism guiding a high-pressure refrigerant into the cylinder chamber and separating the blade from the roller, the compressor being configured to switch between a high-capacity operation in which all the compression mechanism sections perform a compression operation and a low-capacity operation in which the blade in the compression mechanism section is separated from the roller and thus prevented from performing the compression operation, the high-pressure refrigerant introducing mechanism including a high-pressure refrigerant storage section storing the high-pressure refrigerant.

A compressor comprises a sealed case to which a suction pipe and a discharge pipe are connected, a compression mechanism unit provided within the sealed case, and a motor unit provided within the sealed case, the motor unit comprising a stator and a rotor for driving the compression mechanism unit, a gas passages for passing a gas discharged from the compression mechanism unit are formed in the motor unit, and a ratio of a total area of slot gap portions defined between slots of a stator core and coils in a stator of the motor unit to an entire area of the gas passages is set at 0.3 or more.

Compressor

A hermetic compressor which compresses compressed gas, comprising a sealing container, a compression mechanism which is housed in the sealing container and introduces the compressed gas into its inside to compress the compressed gas, and a frame for fixedly supporting the compression mechanism. A portion where the compression mechanism and the frame are abutted against each other, is provided with a solid propagation wave damping portion which damps a vibratory propagation by suddenly changing a cross section of a abutting portion.

A hermetic compressor which compresses compressed gas, comprising a sealing container, a compression mechanism, contained within said sealing container, for compressing said compressed gas, said compression mechanism including a rotary shaft, a motor for actuating the compression mechanism by driving the rotary shaft, first and second bearings, arranged individually on both sides of the compression mechanism, for journaling said rotary shaft, and a frame for fixedly supporting the compression mechanism, the frame comprises a frame body having a hollow portion in which said first bearing is situated, said frame body being fixed on one end surface of the compression mechanism and a bearing support portion for sealing the hollow portion of the frame body and supporting an outer peripheral portion of the first bearing.

Hermetic compressor having a frame supporting the comprission mechanism

A rotary compressor includes first and second compressor sections, and a motor for driving the compressor sections. The first and second compressor sections have first and second cylinders, respectively, and each cylinders has a suction port. First and second suction pipes are connected to the suction ports, and first and second change over valves are provided at the first and second pipes, respectively. The first cylinder has a release port for releasing a port of the gas being compressed in the first cylinder. A release pipe provided with a third changed over valve is connected to the release port. The operaations of the first to third valves are controlled by a control circuit so that the capacity of the compressor varies in the plurality of steps in accordance with the loads applied thereto.

Rotary compressor

In a hermetic type compressor including a casing, an electric motor provided in the casing for rotating a driving shaft, and a compressor unit including a cylinder forcibly inserted in the casing, there are provided a method and a device for securing the compressor unit to the casing, wherein reduced thickness portions are provided on the outer surface of the casing so that welding can be carried out from outside of the casing through the reduced thickness portions. In this manner, heat generated in the welded portions can be reduced substantially, and various disadvantages caused thereby can be eliminated.
