The present invention relates to a transparent sealing member and an optical component. The present invention is a transparent sealing member (A) used in an optical component (A) provided with a package (A) having at least one optical element () emitting ultraviolet light () and a mount board () to which the optical element is mounted. The transparent sealing member (A) is provided with a transparent body () joined on the mount board () via an organic adhesion layer (), and the transparent body () has a housing space () in a lower surface opening.

The present invention provides a secondary battery, including a positive electrode plate composed of an inorganic material including a positive electrode active material in an oxide form and having a thickness of 25 &#x3bc;m or more; a negative electrode plate composed of an inorganic material including a negative electrode active material in an oxide form and having a thickness of 25 &#x3bc;m or more; and an inorganic solid electrolyte layer, wherein the secondary battery is chargeable and dischargeable at a temperature of 100&#xb0; C. or more. The present invention can provide rapid charge/discharge at a high cycle capacity retention and increase the capacity of the secondary battery.

Secondary battery

The present invention relates to an optical component and a transparent body used in the optical component. The optical component includes at least one optical element that radiates ultraviolet light, and a package that accommodates the optical element. The package includes a mounting substrate on which the optical element is mounted, and a transparent body that is bonded to the mounting substrate with an organic-based adhesive layer therebetween. The package has a structure in which the ultraviolet light is transmitted through the transparent body but not guided to the adhesive layer, and the ultraviolet light does not directly come into contact with the adhesive layer.

A phosphor device includes a phosphor layer composed of a phosphor glass or phosphor single crystal, a reflective film provided on the phosphor layer, a warping suppression layer provided on the reflective film, and a supporting body bonded to the warping suppression layer by direct bonding. Provided is a battery-equipped device including a substrate, a device disposed on the substrate, an all-solid-state battery disposed such that the planar shape conforms to the periphery of the device on the substrate and at least partially having a complementary outer edge shape that conforms to the entire or a part of the outer edge shape of the device, and interconnections connecting the device and the all-solid-state battery. The all-solid-state battery includes a positive electrode layer containing an oriented polycrystalline positive-electrode active material composed of lithium transition metal oxide particles oriented in a certain direction, a solid electrolyte layer composed of a lithium-ion conductive material, and a negative electrode layer containing a negative-electrode active material. The present invention can provide a battery-equipped device that can significantly increase the degree of freedom of design and can output necessary electric power in a minimum space.

A piezoelectric/electrostrictive film is formed on a solid-phase support, the piezoelectric/electrostrictive film including an incompletely bonded region which is incompletely bonded in a predetermined pattern to the solid-phase support, and a bonded region which is bonded to the surface of the solid-phase support so that the incompletely bonded region can be separated. The piezoelectric/electrostrictive film is bonded to a substrate and is separated from the solid-phase support in the bonded region. As a result, the incompletely bonded region is transferred to the substrate. The transferred incompletely bonded region is used as a piezoelectric/electrostrictive film for manufacturing a piezoelectric/electrostrictive film device.
