A drive aggregate may include an electric motor, a motor control for activating the electric motor, a housing, and a circuit board holder. The electric motor may include a rotor rotatable around an axis of rotation. The motor control may include a circuit board with a power electronics. The housing may include a base body receiving the electric motor and a cover receiving the motor control. The circuit board holder may support the circuit board and may be arranged axially between the base body and the cover. The base body and the cover may be composed of a metal. The circuit board holder may be composed of a plastic.

Drive aggregate

A fresh air supply device for an internal combustion engine may include a suction module for conducting supercharged fresh air and a charge air cooler arranged in the suction module for cooling the supercharged fresh air. The suction module includes a housing with a charge air inlet for uncooled charge air and a charge air outlet for cooled charge air. The housing has a cooler shell, which may include the charge air inlet containing the charge air cooler and an assembly opening. With respect to a flow direction of the charge air the assembly opening may be arranged downstream of the charge air cooler and through which the charge air cooler is inserted into the cooler shell. The housing has a connecting shell, which includes the charge air outlet and which in the region of the assembly opening is attached to the cooler shell in an air-tight manner.

Fresh air supply device of an international combustion engine

An assembly for an internal combustion engine may include an intake module of a fresh air system for supplying fresh air to at least one combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine and an attachment part attached to the intake module in a joining direction. The intake module may include at least one retaining surface facing away from the attachment part. The attachment part may include at least one counter retaining surface facing away from the intake module. At least one reinforcing element may be disposed between the intake module and the attachment part and may interact with the at least one retaining surface and the at least one counter retaining surface. The at least one retaining element may be moveable in a movement direction extending transverse to the joining direction between a releasing position and a securing position.

Intake module combination

A clip connection for coupling at least two components together, e.g., for fastening a first component to a second component in a joining direction, may include a plug-in pin arranged on the first component and having a longitudinal center axis extending parallel to the joining direction. The pin may include a conical longitudinal section that tapers in the joining direction. A radially resilient engagement hook may be provided engageable with an engagement contour. A sleeve may be arranged on the second component and have a longitudinal center axis extending parallel to the joining direction. The sleeve may include a plurality of radially resilient spring elements having a free end that supports the plurality of spring elements on the conical longitudinal section of the pin under radial preload when the sleeve and the pin are plugged together. The pin may be pluggable into the sleeve in the joining direction.

Assembly with a clip connection

A fresh air system for supplying combustion chambers of an internal combustion engine with fresh air may include a housing, through which at least one fresh air path passes, and a flap mechanism, which includes at least one flap adjustably mounted on the housing. The flap may be rotatably adjustable between a closed position, in which the flap closes off the fresh air path in a fluid-tight manner and an opened position, in which the flap opens the fresh air path for fresh air to flow through. The flap mechanism may include a spring-elastic preload element, which supports itself on the housing and preloads the flap against at least one of the opened position and the closed position.

Fresh air system for an internal combustion engine

A fresh air system for supplying combustion chambers of an internal combustion engine with fresh air may include a housing through which a fresh air path is routed. The fresh air system may include a charge air cooler arranged in the fresh air path. The housing may include an insertion opening, through which the charge air cooler is laterally inserted into the housing transversely to the fresh air path. An outer end region of the charge air cooler may close off the insertion opening and include a circumferential holding flange. The circumferential holding flange may be clamped between a holding rim enclosing the insertion opening and a separate holding frame.

Fresh air system

A valve device for an intake system of an internal combustion engine may include a housing and a flap arrangement. The housing may have one inlet duct per cylinder of the internal combustion engine. The flap arrangement may have a flap for each inlet duct for varying the cross-section of the respective inlet duct through which a flow can pass. The respective flap may be a trough-shaped flap having a curved stirrup region. The respective flap may be arranged between the stirrup ends eccentrically with respect to a flap pivot axis. The flap arrangement may have a common actuating shaft for the common pivoting of the flaps about the flap pivot axis. The actuating shaft may be coupled with an adjusting drive via a lever element having a metallic insert and a plastic body injected onto the insert.

Flap device and intake system

A flange device for an air induction device of an internal combustion engine may include a housing of plastic having at least one inlet channel for each cylinder of the internal combustion engine. A fuel distribution rail of metal may have a connection for each cylinder for connecting a fuel injector, wherein the housing may have a flange that surrounds the outlet openings of the inlet channels and be configured to fasten the housing on the internal combustion engine. The housing may have a plurality of bridge sections that overlap the fuel distribution rail on a side facing away from the flange. Each bridge section may have a support sleeve arranged distally to the inlet channels and be configured to fasten the respective bridge section on the internal combustion engine.
