A device for mounting a mould in a machine () that comprises: a mould () composed of two half-moulds (), each of which comprises an active filtering portion () and a rigid structural portion (); a mounting platen () for each half-mould (), movable towards and away from each other; the service plate () of the first half-mould () is rigidly connected, in use, between the active portion () and the respective platen (); the device comprises reference and quick connect means () located in a region above the center of gravity of the first half-mould (), and acting between the platen () and the service plate () in order to fasten the first half-mould () in a predetermined, hanging position correlated between the platen () and the plate ().
