Distributor unit for transferring tablets and putting them in order, from a loading zone to an unloading zone, and for distributing the tablets in an orderly and controlled manner in organized blisters present in a blister strip. The distributor unit comprises belt-type feed means in which a feed belt is provided, along at least part of its length, and along at least part of its width, with a plurality of open through seatings each having at different times sizes coordinated with those of the tablets to be distributed, said open through seatings having a transverse interaxis about equal to, and a longitudinal interaxis equal to or less than, that of the blisters in the blister strip.

Distributor unit for tablets or capsules

Refinements made to distributor units which serve to continuously transfer and position tablets or pills in organized alveoli in an advancing strip, the advancing strip presenting its alveoli on each occasion in correspondence with holes positioned radially in a distributor disk. The distributor disk having holes is associated with a motor which supplies a rotation motion by an intermediate connector. The intermediate connector is connected stably to the distributor disk and detachably, by an intermediate member, to the motor which supplies the rotation motion.

Refined distributor unit

A distributor unit, suitable to distribute tablets, comprises an aligner channel cooperating with a transfer channel having an entrance zone. Feed means are associated to said transfer channel in order to work on the tablets.

Distributor unit

The invention concerns a machine for distributing tablets on a support strip having a determinate number 'n' of compartments or alveoli organized in parallel rows and each able to hold at least one tablet. The machine comprises a separation, preparation and alignment device, a conveyor device with transfer pipes and a rotating transfer drum provided with seatings on an external surface. The seatings are made on distinct gripping and transport elements, disposed peripherally and axially to the transfer drum.

A unit for feeding products () to a blistering machine (M) includes a delivery group (, S) for selectively distributing products () to a station (SR), where the products () are introduced into respective blisters () of a blister band (), moving in a forward direction (W) inside the blistering machine (M). The filling station (SR) is defined by a conveyor () consisting of a belt () provided with seas (). Each seat () receives a relative product () distributed by the delivery group (, S) and releases the products () into a respective blister (). In a device for recovering exceeding articles from a blister band on a blistering machine, the blister band is moved in a forward movement direction through a station for feeding the articles to the blisters. A displacing device is situated very close to the blister band for removing exceeding articles while a conveying device recovers the exceeding articles removed from the blister band by the use of a rotating drum. The rotating drum is hollow and has a plurality of radial separating plates defining a number of niches. The niches receive the exceeding articles removed from the blister band and a transport conveyor receives the exceeding articles present in the niches and brings the articles to the feeding station.

In a device for feeding tablets to a blister band moving in a packaging machine, a vibrating container, containing a mass of tablets, features a bottom wall having channels for feeding the tablets. The channels communicate with relative slots made in the bottom wall, and the slots communicate with conveying means which feed the tablets along a predetermined feeding path and release the tablets into respective blisters of the blister band. The conveying means include a plate featuring a plurality of grooves, arranged one beside the other, and a covering element. The covering element is coupled with the plate and is adjustable with respect to the plate and has transversal wings situated inside respective grooves of the plate, so as to define respective channels for conveying the tablets. The transversal dimensions of the channels can be changed, while said tablets feeding is stopped, by acting on an adjusting nonius coupled with the conveying means, changing simultaneously also the positions of said wings with respect to the grooves of the plate.

Device for filling a blister band with products

A device for feeding tablets in a blister packaging machine includes a vibrating container containing a mass of tablets. The vibrating container features a bottom wall, one portion of which includes tablet feeding channels, communicating with related slots made in the bottom wall. The slots communicate with the conveying means, which feed the tablets along a predetermined feeding path and release the tablets into respective blisters of a blister band. The blister band moves in a determined direction inside the packaging machine. The conveying means include a plate with a plurality of grooves, arranged one beside another and a covering element. The covering element is coupled with said plate, so as to move with respect thereto and includes transversal wings, each of which is situated inside a respective groove of the plate, so as to define a respective channel for conveying said tablets. At least one covering element is coupled with actuators which drive the covering element to oscillate alternately with respect to the plate, so as to facilitate the tablets movement along the conveying channels.
