Data, such as authentication information, can be pushed to the identified next network device to reduce network connectivity issues that may occur by transitioning between network devices.

Systems and methods for managing a network are disclosed. One method can comprise transmitting a first identifier associated with a first service. Access to the first service can be provided to a user device using the first identifier. A filter element associated with the user device can be received. Transmission of a second identifier associated with a second service can be filtered based on the filter element, wherein filtering transmission inhibits access of the user device to the second service.

The transceiver interface may be configured to communicate via a second network to address issues in the wide area network.

After receiving a first request associated with the first beacon, the first request may be suppressed. A computing device (e.g., a network device) may receive a request from a user device to initiate a communication session. The request may indicate a requested beacon data communication rate associated with the user device. The computing device may determine that an advertised beacon data communication rate associated with the computing device is different from the requested beacon data communication rate for the user device. The computing device may determine to communicate with the user device at the requested beacon data communication rate associated with the user device. The computing device may send, to the user device, a response at a data communication rate associated with the requested beacon data communication rate.

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for managing wireless communications of multiple wireless devices sharing a wireless communication medium. Noise of the wireless communication medium may be monitored and compared to one or more patterns associated with wireless communications of the wireless devices sharing the wireless communication medium. Based on a feature of the one or more patterns being detected in the noise of the wireless communication medium, a wireless communication attempt may be determined and a power level of the wireless communication medium may be reduced to allow wireless communications to be received.

Described herein are systems, methods, and apparatuses for determining an optimal path in a mesh network. A pre-emptive message, such as a request to send (RTS) message, carrying, for example, an address of a target mobile device, may be sent from an access point to a computing device in a mesh network. The computing device may relay the RTS to the target mobile device. A clear to send (CTS) message and transmission parameters indicating channel conditions may be transmitted from the target mobile device to the access point via the computing device. The access point may determine an optimal path based on the transmission parameters and send data via the optimal path.

One aspect comprises determining a plurality of services to be provided over a first communication path to a destination, determining a select service of the plurality of services to be provided over a failover path to the destination, detecting a failure of the first communication path, and routing the select service over the failover path in response to the failure of the first communication path.
