An exercise machine suitable to assume various operating modes. The exercise machine includes a control interface which comprises a control device configured to receive at least one command by a user to be provided to the exercise machine for performing a physical exercise. The control device is further configured to provide the user with a piece of information representative of the operating mode of the exercise machine.

Exercise device () comprising an exercise ball () and a cover () for housing and completely surrounding this ball (); the cover being designed to couple, in use, in a substantially form-fitting manner to the outer surface of the shell () of the exercise ball () and being provided with a respective closing device () that can be selectively opened to allow the exercise ball () to be inserted into and extracted from the cover.
