The invention concerns the use of an aqueous suspension of solid particles of a calcium/magnesium compound of formula (A): nCa(OH).mCaCO.aMgO.bMg(OH).cMgCO.I as an agent regulating the breaking of a bitumen emulsion. The invention also concerns a bituminous road material obtained by mixing a solid mineral fraction with a cationic bitumen emulsion of the type binder in water, characterised in that it involves adding, to the mineral fraction, an aqueous suspension of solid particles of a calcium/magnesium compound of formula (A). The invention also concerns a method for preparing a material according to the invention and the use of same for producing surface courses, tack coats or temporary surface courses. The invention finally concerns a method for obtaining a tack coat by spreading a cationic bitumen emulsion, comprising a step of applying an aqueous suspension of solid particles of a calcium/magnesium compound of formula (A).

A method for manufacturing a road surfacing on the surface pipes of a heat exchanger device by a) spreading asphalt mix comprising a granular fraction, a hydrocarbon-based binder at a temperature below 160&#xb0; C., wherein the asphalt mix has a workability of less than 400 N, b) depositing the pipes, said pipes having a crushing strength greater than 3000 N per linear metre of pipe at 100&#xb0; C., a thermal expansion less than 200&#xb7;10Kat 20&#xb0; C. in such a way as to enable their indentation even in the absence of cooling means or pressure application means, c) indenting the deposited pipes into said integration layer by compacting said asphalt mix during the workability period of said asphalt mix, to form an integration layer comprising the pipes of a heat exchanger device, and d) applying a surface layer there above for the road surface.

The present invention relates to bituminous coated materials including a granular fraction and a binder, characterised in that in the granular fraction all or part of the elements are selected from among lightweight, non-absorbent aggregates with a density of less than 1.6 t/mand a water absorption coefficient of less than 15%. The invention also relates to the use of light, non-absorbent aggregates with a density of less than 1.6 t/mand a water absorption coefficient of 3% to 15% for the production of light bituminous coated materials. The invention further relates to pavements obtained by applying at least one layer of the coated materials according to the invention and to a method for applying a surface course to a surface raised above the ground which includes a step of applying coated materials according to the invention.
