Providing users with smooth and reliable applications in a cloud based setting is a desirable goal. An approach to pre-allocating cloud computing resources may be provided to improve user experience. A user device may monitor an environment for individual user behaviors with visual and/or audio sensors. Based on data from the visual and/or audio sensors individual behaviors may be identified. Individual behaviors may be identified and associated with a cloud computing resource request. Computing resources in the cloud may be reserved or pre-allocated based on the cloud computing resource request. The pre-allocated computing resources can improve user experience through reduced wait time and improve initial cloud-based application response.

Pre-allocation of cloud resources through anticipation

A processor retrieves a webpage for rendering in a web browser. A processor identifies at least one zone of the webpage. A processor determines a resource consumption rate for the at least one zone. A processor determines a display area for the at least one zone. A processor determines a consumption ratio based on the resource consumption rate and the display area of the at least one zone. In response to the consumption ratio exceeding a threshold value, a processor disables a rendering of the at least one zone when rendering the webpage in the web browser.

A method can include obtaining a text composition having a first font. The method can further include generating a category identifier that indicates a category of the text composition. The method can further include selecting, in response to generating the category identifier and based on the category identifier, a second font for the text composition. A method, text correction system, and computer program product, one embodiment of which may comprise receiving an original first message from a first participant of a group correspondence, receiving a second message from a second participant of the group correspondence, determining, by semantically analyzing the original first message and the second message, that the second message contains a desired modification of the original first message, and in response to the determining, automatically modifying the original first message with the desired modification to produce a modified first message. The second message may be received after the original first message. Optionally, some embodiments may further comprise presenting the modified first message to the first participant of the group correspondence for approval, and in response to an approval by the first participant of the group correspondence, presenting the modified first message to one or more other participants of the group correspondence.

Semantic correction of messages for groups

A method comprising receiving a first message sent by a first user, receiving a second message sent by the first user, wherein the second message is received after the first message, semantically analyzing the second message to determine whether the second message contains a desired modification of the first message, and in response to the semantic analysis of the second message, automatically modifying, by the processor, the first message with the desired modification. The method may be a computer implemented method performed using a network interface and a processor.

Semantic correction of messages

Aspects of the present invention disclose a method for generation of a rich link associated with a uniform resource locator (URL) to share information within a messaging system independent of access capabilities of a receiver computing device. The method includes one or more processors identifying a task of multimedia of a video sharing application of a computing device. The method further includes identifying a URL. The method further includes extracting textual data of a web resource corresponding to the URL. The method further includes converting the URL to a rich URL based at least in part on the textual data and a distinct string of characters including the URL. The method further includes transmitting the rich URL to a receiving computing device.

Generating a rich hyperlink within a messaging environment

Provided is a method, system, and computer program product for dynamically correcting text of a communication sent by a user. A processor may receive a first communication sent by a first user. The processor may forward the first communication to one or more other users. The processor may receive a second communication sent by the first user. The second communication includes a command to correct an error in the first communication. The processor may determine a location of the error in the first communication. The processor may correct the error in the first communication. The processor may forward a corrected version of the first communication to the one or more other users.

Dynamic text correction based upon a second communication containing a correction command

A method, computer system, and a computer program product for shine visualization is provided. The present invention may include recognizing an object in a digital image loaded on a user device. The present invention may include assigning a shine index to the recognized object. The present invention may include determining, based on a plurality of pixel values corresponding to the recognized object, a direction of light relative to the recognized object. The present invention may include tracking a position of a user's eyes viewing the digital image on the user device. The present invention may include in response to detecting a movement in the position of the user's eyes, applying, in real-time, at least one filter to the recognized object to simulate a shining effect of the recognized object in the digital image.

Shine visualization

A method to automatically position entered content into a matching entry field of an online form accessed from a computing device. A position of an active cursor relative to entry fields of the online form is determined. An expected character and format set is determined for the entry fields of the online form. A first character and format set entered at a first entry field is analyzed to determine whether the entered character and format set matches an expected characters and format set, based on machine learning training for entry field content and format. In response to the character and format set entered in the first entry field failing to match the expected character and format set for the first entry field, entering the first character and format set in a second entry field with a highest match probability between the expected and entered character and format set.

Alignment of content entry with online form fields

An operation of an action zone in an image displayed on a display device is received. The operation has a defined location in the image and a current time for an operation of the action zone. A time delay is applied to the current time to obtain a selection time for the operation of the action zone, by calculating the selection time as the current time minus the time delay. A map with a time stamp immediately prior to the selection time is determined from maps of the image. Each map defines, for a specific time stamp, a location for each action zone in the image. An action zone defined in the determined map and matching the defined location of the operation of the action zone in the image is operated.

Display of images with action zones

An original image containing a string of text is received. The string of text contained in the original image is determined using text recognition. A first compression level applied to the original image creates a first compressed image. A string of text contained in the first compressed image is determined using text recognition. The string of text contained in the original image is compared with the string of text contained in the first compressed image. The first compression level is incremented to reach a second compression level. The second compression level applied to the original image creates a second compressed image. A string of text contained in the second compressed is determined image using text recognition. The string of text contained in the original image is compared with the string of text contained in the second compressed image. It is determined that further image compression refinement is unnecessary.

Image compression based on textual image content

A method, system, and computer program product for operating a collaborative bookmarking system (CBS). A request is received from a client for a universal resource locator (URL) associated with an identifier, wherein the URL and the identifier make up a bookmark which has been previously shared with a community by a user. An alternative candidate URL for the requested URL is located, wherein the alternative candidate URL has previously been suggested to the CBS by the user as a replacement for an original URL. Client validation, by the client, of the alternative candidate URL is requested and received. The validated alternative candidate URL is associated with the identifier as part of the bookmark in place of the requested URL.

Collaborative bookmarks

A method and system. An image, displayed on a display device, includes action zones. Maps of the image are stored. Each map defines, for a specific time stamp, a location for each action zone in the image. An operation of an action zone in the image displayed on the display device is received. The operation has a defined location in the image and a current time for an operation of the action zone. A time delay is applied to the current time to obtain a selection time for the operation of the action zone, by calculating the selection time as the current time minus the time delay. A map with a time stamp immediately prior to the selection time is determined from the maps. An action zone defined in the determined map and matching the defined location of the operation of the action zone in the image is operated.

A method and associated system for managing vehicle fuel safety. Input from at least one sensor is received. The input indicates that a fuel pump nozzle of a fuel pump is disengaged from the fuel pump or inserted into a vehicle's tank enclosure. The vehicle adjacent to the fuel pump is monitored to detect when the vehicle is preparing to move or is starting to move away from the fuel pump. An alarm is activated indicating that the fuel pump nozzle is disengaged from the fuel pump, or inserted into the vehicle's tank enclosure, and the vehicle is preparing to move or is starting to move.

Management of vehicle fueling safety

A method and associated computer system. A composed message portion, of an electronic message, that includes a hyperlink is sent to a set of content rendering emulators. Each emulator is configured to emulate a rendering of content accessible through the hyperlink on a respective particular platform. An emulation result is received from the set of content rendering emulators. The emulation result is indicative of the emulated rendering of the content accessible through the hyperlink on the respective particular platforms emulated by the content rendering emulators. It is determined whether the emulation result indicates that the content accessible through the hyperlink can be rendered in accordance with defined rendering criteria on at least one of the respective platforms prior to transmission of a message including the message portion, and if so then a validation message is generated, and if not then a warning message is generated.
