A cooling system having a closed cooling duct system between a main inlet and a main outlet for cooling medium, and includes at least one cooling duct section. The cooling system includes individual modular elements, each including at least one partial segment. In a connecting region of the individual modular elements, their respective at least one partial segment connect continuously to form the at least one cooling duct section. Adjacent individual modular elements each have, in the connecting region, a complementary element of a common media coupling, in which, in a detached connection between two adjacent individual modular elements, the respective partial segment contained in an individual modular element is sealed in media-tight fashion at least in its connecting region, and in a coupled connection between the adjacent individual modular elements, in the connecting region, a passage for a flow of cooling medium is opened inside the media coupling.

Device and method for determining weight, in particular the weight of a container filled with product

The invention relates to a control device () comprising a radiation source () which is embodied, in particular, as an X-ray source for irradiating a pharmaceutical product () embodied, in particular as a capsule, a detector () for detecting radiation after irradiating the pharmaceutical product (), a tube or shaft-shaped supply device () which is preferably arranged vertically at least in the region of the beam path () of the radiation source () for feeding the pharmaceutical product () into the beam path () of the radiation source (), and means () for positioning and releasing the pharmaceutical product () in the region of the radiation beam () of the radiation source (). According to the invention, the tube or shaft-shaped supply device () has a cross-section in the region of the beam path () which is greater than the cross-section of the pharmaceutical product (), and that during irradiation, respectively only one pharmaceutical product () is arranged in the region of the beam path () of the radiation source ().

Control device

The invention relates to a device () for controlling pharmaceutical products () in particular, hard gelatin capsules, by means of a radiation source () preferably designed as an X-ray source, comprising a storage device () which receives the products () in an uncontrolled manner, and from which the products () are transferred to a transport element () in which the products () are arranged such that they form at least one row. The products () are transported in a clocked manner in the radiation area () of the radiation source () which exposes the products () to radiation, preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal direction thereof. A first stopping device () for separating the products () in the row is arranged upstream of the radiation source () in the direction of transportation () of the products (), and at least one sensor element () coupled to an evaluation device () captures the radiation which passed through the products (). According to the invention, at least two products () are separated from the row by means of the first stopping device () and are simultaneously positioned in the radiation area () and the image of the product () is captured by means of the at least one sensor element ().

Device for controlling pharmaceutical products

The invention relates to a sensor device () for a packaging machine () designed as a capsule filling and sealing machine or for a capsule control device (), said device having a positioning element () for positioning a container (c) having a longitudinal axis () and filled with a filling material in the region of the sensor device () and at least one radiation source () and at least one detector () for detecting the radiation after said radiation radiates through the container (c). According to the invention, the at least one radiation source () radiates through the container (c) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis () thereof and the positioning element is designed as a tubular or shaft-shaped conveying element () which can be penetrated by the radiation in a radiation cone () of the radiation source ().

Sensor device for a packaging machine designed as a capsule filling and sealing machine or for a capsule control device

The invention relates to a device () for checking pharmaceutical products (), in particular hard gelatin capsules, by means of at least one radiation source () preferably embodied as an X-ray source, and a conveying device which conveys the products () in a clocked manner in a radiation area () of the radiation source (). The radiation emitted by the radiation source () penetrating the products () preferably perpendicular to the longitudinal axes thereof (), and the radiation is captured on the side of the products () opposite the radiation source () by means of at least one sensor element () which is coupled to an evaluation device (). The invention is characterized in that the conveyor device is embodied as a conveyor wheel () which can rotate in a stepped manner about an axis (), and the products () are arranged, while being conveyed in the radiation area (), in receiving areas () of the conveyor wheel ().
