There is provided a medicine dispensing system configured such that a medicine dispensing device includes a sub unit having a function to dispense medicine that is connected to a medicine dispensing device that includes a main unit having a function of packing medicines. There is also provided a medicine dispensing device that can be appropriately integrated with such a medicine dispensing system. The medicine dispensing system includes, in some embodiments a main unit, a sub unit and a transfer device connecting the main unit and the sub unit. The medicine dispensing system transfers the medicine dispensed in the sub unit to the main unit by means of a transfer device and dispenses the medicine at a medicine packing part together with the medicine dispensed from a main storage part in the main unit.

Medicine dispensing system and medicine dispensing device

The disclosed device increases the accommodation amount of blister packages and enables smooth dispensing even if a blister package is bent or similar. The device is provided with: a device body (), a storage container () which accommodates blister packages () in a stacked state, and a dispensing member () which can dispense the accommodated blister package (). The storage container () is provided with an outlet (), which is formed on the base at one end side thereof, and which is for ejecting the blister package (), and a biasing means () for biasing the accommodated blister packages () toward one end side. The dispensing member () is provided with a guide part () for guiding a side edge part of the blister packages (), and biases the blister packages () toward one end side of the storage container ().

Medicament dispensing machine

A dispenser feeds tablets from a storing section to a packaging section. A tablet-adhered powder removal device is provided in a preparation section between the storing section and the packaging section. The preparation section has rotating open-top receiving portions, and the tablets for one package are fed to each receiving section. One side wall of each receiving section includes a fixed plate having a groove-ridge portion, while the opposite side wall includes a swing plate. The swing plate vibrates when a cam roller rides on protrusions during the rotation of the receiving portion. Due to the vibration, the powder adhered to the tablets between the plates is stripped and removed. The powder falls from a gap formed by opening the plates, and is discharged to the outside. When the cam roller rides on a cam, the swing plate is swung and drops the tablets in the receiving portion.

To prevent disalignment of the edges of a folded sheet by smoothly feeding the sheet to a packaging unit while keeping tension fluctuations to a minimum when the sheet is unwound from a paper roll set in a paper feed unit even though the paper roll diameter decreases gradually as the sheet is unwound. A sheet length measuring sensor or rotary encoder is provided in the paper feed path through which the packaging sheet is fed toward the packaging unit. An angle sensor is provided which includes Hall element sensors provided on a support shaft and magnets provided on a core pipe of the paper roll. Any change in the signals from one of these sensors relative to the signal from the other sensor is used to calculate the paper roll winding length, and the sheet tension is adjusted to an optimum, constant level by controlling the sheet braking force stepwise according to the roll diameter measured by the sensors.

The medicine packaging device has a device bodyhaving an accommodation space, a slide unitreciprocally attached to the accommodation spaceof the device body, and a packaging unitremovably attached to the slide unit. The packaging unit is allowed to package medicines with a package paperby moving the slide unita packaging position in the accommodation space. Medicine packaging device and cart for changing packaging unit

A tablet packing apparatus arranged to prevent tablets from bouncing in a tablet drop guide path so that dropping time of the tablets can be shortened so as to be ready in time for packing. The tablet packing apparatus is provided with a tablet drop guide path () that guides tablets to a packing unit. The tablets drop obliquely downward from each of tablet outlets () of tablet feeders () provided in an up and down direction in a manner of a multistage shelf, wherein a bounce preventing member () is provided in a position opposing the tablet outlets of the tablet drop guide path, and the bounce preventing member () is obliquely provided so that it recedes from the tablet outletstoward the lower end.

It has a conveyor for feeding drugs packaged in bags according to prescription data, a camera for taking pictures of drugs in the bags being fed by the conveyor, a camera monitor for displaying one after another the pictures taken by the camera, and a graphic monitor for calling image data to be prescribed from a data base and displaying the thus called data. The picture of the drugs in each bag and the image data on drugs corresponding to the drugs in said each bag are displayed simultaneously on the respective monitors for a predetermined time. By visually checking the monitors, a pharmacist can easily inspect drugs.

A bundling device which can wind and bundle a web of drug bags in such a way that patients can take their drugs in the right order with high reliability. The bundling device includes a winder unit having a rotary table provided along a feed path of a web of drug bags, a pair of protrusions provided on the rotary table near its circumference for hooking the tip of the web, and another pair of protrusions provided on the rotary table near its circumference, diametrically opposite the former protrusions, for winding the web as the rotary table rotates. When the rotary table rotates with the web engaged by the first pair of protrusions, the web is wound around the two pairs of protrusions.
