A fusion sheet includes: a base material layer including a first surface and a second surface; a fusion base part partially stacked to the first surface of the base material layer and fusible to a wire-like transmission member; and an adhesive base part partially stacked to the second surface of the base material layer and having larger adhesive strength with an adhesive member than the base material layer. A first section and a second section are provided along an extension direction of the base material layer. The first section is a section where the adhesive base part is stacked to the base material layer other than a laminated section where the adhesive base part is stacked. The second section is a section where the adhesive base part is stacked to the base material layer other than a laminated section where the fusion base part is stacked.

Fusion sheet and wiring member

A wiring member includes: a sheet including a fusion layer; a wire-like transmission member fused to the fusion layer; a connector housing in which a cavity housing an end portion of the wire-like transmission member is formed; and a water stop member stopping water between a wall part of the cavity and the end portion of the wire-like transmission member. The water stop member includes an inner portion located in the cavity and an outer portion continuing into the inner portion to be located on an outer side of the cavity. Provided to the inner portion is a filling portion made up of a resin material thermally deformed to fill the cavity.

Wiring member

A wiring member includes: a connector housing including at least one housing body, with an opening in one main surface and a housing groove concaved toward another main surface, and a cover attached to the housing body; a wire-like transmission member including an end portion housed in the housing groove; and a filling member filling the housing groove. The housing body includes a bottom wall part and a sidewall part as wall parts of the housing groove. The cover includes a cover body part overlapped with the one main surface of the housing body to cover the housing groove. The filling member is also provided between a portion of the one main surface serving as a tip end surface of the sidewall part and the cover body part.

A cable tie may include a desired length of belt, and a buckle connected to a proximal end portion of the belt. The buckle has a belt insertion hole and a slot continuous with the belt insertion hole. The belt insertion hole is configured such that the belt is longitudinally introduced thereinto. The slot is configured such that the belt is laterally introduced into the belt insertion hole therethrough. The slot includes an inlet opening that is gradually widened outward.

Cable tie

A clamp for a flat conductor is used in attaching the flat conductor to an attachment target. The clamp includes: a clip portion to be engaged with the attachment target; and a main body to hold the flat conductor. The clip portion has a first projection, the main body has a second projection, and the first projection and the second projection protrude to be opposed each other. The clip portion and the main body are configured to allow switching from an unlocked state to a locked state. The locked state restricts a relative movement between the clip portion and the main body in an axial direction of the flat conductor due to an engagement between the first projection and the second projection. The unlocked state allows the relative movement in both sides in the axial direction.

Clamp for flat conductor, wire harness, and assembly

A binding structure of wire routing materials are formed by: elongated wire routing materials; a binding member for binding the wire routing materials; and an engaging member including a movable body portion including an engaging portion for assembly into a vehicle body, and a bound portion to be bound and held together with the wire routing materials by the binding member. The bound portion includes a main portion facing the wire routing materials, and a leg portion extending from the main portion and being in contact with the wire routing materials. The movable body portion includes a sliding portion disposed such that sliding thereof is allowed on the wire routing materials in a gap.

Binding structure of wire routing material, and engaging member

Elongated wire routing materials are bound by a first-side binding member on a first side in the longitudinal direction of the wire routing materials, and are bound by a second-side binding member on a second side opposite to the first side. An engaging member includes an engaging portion for assembly into a vehicle body, and an attachment portion serving as the part to which the wire routing materials are attached such that the attachment portion is slidable relative to the wire routing materials in the longitudinal direction. At least one of the engaging portion and the attachment portion comes into contact with the first-side binding member at the first side, and at least one of the engaging portion and the attachment portion comes into contact with the second-side binding member at the second side.

Binding structure of wire routing material

An engaging member includes an engaging portion configured to be inserted and assembled into a fixing hole of a vehicle body, an attachment portion configured to attach elongated wire routing materials, and linking portions configured to connect the engaging portion and the attachment portion to each other. The linking portions are extendable and contractable in a longitudinal direction of the wire routing materials, and can oscillate the engaging portion side in an orthogonal direction, thereby allowing the engaging portion to be movable in the longitudinal direction and the orthogonal direction. A protrusion and a through portion are provided as a movement restricting portion for restricting the movement of the engaging portion to movement within a predetermined range.

Engaging member

Provided is a binding structure of a wire routing material which can allow reduction of cost and also provides excellent workability for assembly into a vehicle body when wiring for wire routing materials having different shapes, such as a wire harness and a flat wire routing material, is performed in the vehicle body. A binding structureis formed in which a flexible wire routing materialand a plate-shaped flat wire routing materialhaving higher rigidity than the flexible wire routing materialoverlap each other, and the flexible wire routing materialand the flat wire routing materialare enclosed in an annular form, bound, and held by a binding portionof an engaging memberincluding an engaging portionfor assembly into the vehicle body.
