Provided is an organic EL display device in which a large amount of a moisture absorbent is formed in a limited narrow region. An organic electroluminescence display device includes a rectangle element substrate having a display region; and a sealing substrate firmly adhered to the element substrate at a protrusion formed on the periphery thereof, in which a moisture absorbent is formed in a region of a concave surface surrounded by the protrusion so as not to overlap the display region, and the moisture absorbent includes moisture absorbents which are formed of a plurality of linear pattern set each joined to adjacent another moisture absorbents so as to be disposed in parallel with each other, and the crosssections of the moisture absorbents intersecting the longitudinal direction of the moisture absorbents are formed in the shape of a plurality of mounds joined to each other.

Inside surround desiccant pattern A surrounding an organic EL element by bonding an element substrate to a sealing board, outside surround desiccant pattern C surrounding the inside surround desiccant pattern A, and internal desiccant pattern (having a thinner film thickness than the inside surround desiccant pattern A) surrounded by the inside surround desiccant pattern A are formed on the sealing board by one time screen printing. Organic electroluminescence display apparatus and method for manufacturing the same

An OLED display device having a laminate encapsulating structure containing: an OLED substrate having a leading wire and a pixel area which carries a number of OLEDs on a glass substrate; and an encapsulating plate; and a filler filling a space between the OLED substrate and the encapsulating plate, wherein the filler is dispersed with a desiccant and fine metallic partides for improving electroconductivity and thermoconductivity. This structure not only can prevent an inflow of moisture into the OLEDs and secure a mechanical strength of the OLED display device as a flat panel display device, but also accelerate a heat radiation and improves electroconductivity of a conductive layer.

Disclosed is an image display apparatus having a construction such that ultraviolet rays irradiated from a second substrate side are prevented from propagating through a first substrate to reach its display area by providing a picture-frame resin film for shielding ultraviolet rays on that area of the first substrate that is to be sealed to the second substrate with a sealant. Thereby, when the sealant for sealing the substrates is cured by irradiation of ultraviolet rays, photo deterioration of organic materials constituting emitting layered products and semiconductor layers constituting active elements both of which are formed on the display area may be prevented, and a high-reliability and high-performance image display apparatus may be realized.

The magnetic head assembly including a magnetic head having a terminal composed of a conductive film and a supporting spring. The supporting spring has interconnecting patterns (lines) on the top thereof and a projective electrode. The terminal of the magnetic head is electrically connected to the projective electrode of the supporting spring by a solderless, direct contact connection. The magnetic head is fixed to the supporting spring by using a non-electrical bonding agent. This structure makes it possible to stabilize the position of the magnetic head assembly and the relative speed variation between the magnetic head element and the magnetic disk, thereby enhancing the reliability of the magnetic disk apparatus.

Flame-retardant epoxy resin compositions comprising a polyepoxide, an acid anhydride curing agent, an imidazole curing accelerator, aluminum trihydrate powder and red phosphorus powder or red phosphorus powder coated by a thermo-setting resin have a lower viscosity and therefore show a longer pot life and better workability on casting as compared with prior art resin compositions. Also, a fly-back transformer coil produced by casting of said flame-retardant epoxy resin compositions is flame-retardant. Even if it burns slightly, no toxic gas is produced. Therefore, the coil has advantages in that a magnet wire is not corroded and voids are difficult to be formed and thereby partial discharge is difficult to occur, resulting in a long life and a stable output voltage.
