Disclosed herein is a method performed by an apparatus. In the method, a payload information item is obtained that is to be communicated to at least one recipient. An encrypted payload information item is obtained by encrypting said payload information item such that it is decryptable by use of a first decryption key and a second decryption key. Further, a message containing said encrypted payload information item is sent or triggered to be sent to said recipient.

Secure messaging

A method is disclosed in which one or more pieces of first authentication information are obtained. The one or more pieces of first authentication information represent at least one piece of unique information associated with a user and/or an electronic device of the user. A trust level is determined based, at least in part, on the one or more pieces of first authentication information. The trust level value is indicative of a level of trust in the one or more pieces of first authentication information. An according apparatus, computer program, and system are also disclosed.

Multi-factor authentication

Disclosed herein are embodiments of a method performed by an apparatus. In the method, a message including a plurality of encrypted payload information items is generated. Each of the plurality of encrypted payload information items is decryptable with a respective decryption key of a plurality of decryption keys. The message is to at least one recipient.

A method is disclosed comprising receiving identification information on an addressee, to whom an encrypted data object is sent by a transmission device or for whom the encrypted data object is to be provided by the transmission device for retrieval, from the transmission device to a server, associating the identification information with a key for decrypting the encrypted data object by the server, sending the key for decrypting the encrypted data object to the addressee by the server, or providing by the server the key for decrypting the encrypted data object for retrieval by the addressee.
