An object of the present invention is to provide a radioactive ray detector for enabling to reduce the parasitic capacity lower than that of the conventional art, which is generated between the semiconductor elements of the radioactive ray detectors neighboring with, and a radioactive ray detecting apparatus applying that therein. The radioactive ray detector, comprises a substrate, a first semiconductor element and a second semiconductor element, which are provided to face to each other with positioning the substrate therebetween, a first electrode pattern, which is electrically connected with the first semiconductor element on a surface facing to an opposite side of the substrate, and a second electrode pattern, which is electrically connected with the second semiconductor element on a surface facing to an opposite side of the substrate, wherein the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern are arranged not to overlap with each other, when seeing through the substrate in a direction of thickness thereof.

Radioactive ray detector and radioactive ray detecting apparatus

A radioactive ray detector card comprises semiconductor elements on a substrate, each having a plurality of first electrodes, provided on one of main surfaces thereof, and a second electrode, provided on other of main surfaces thereof; the substrate having first electrode wirings electrically connected with the plurality of first electrodes, and card edge portions, which transmit signals from the plurality of semiconductor elements to an external electric circuit; the second electrode corresponding to a second electrode identifier, for identifying the semiconductor elements; the first electrodes corresponding to first electrode identifiers, for identifying the plurality of first electrodes, respectively; and the first electrode wirings electrically connect between the first electrodes, corresponding to one of the first electrode identifiers on one semiconductor element of the plurality of semiconductor elements, and the first electrodes, corresponding to one of the same first electrode identifiers on the other semiconductor element.

Radioactive ray detector card

A radiation detector module includes a radiation detecting substrate including a plurality of semiconductor devices mounted thereon for detecting radiation, a fixing member for holding the radiation detecting substrate, and a circuit substrate connected to the radiation detecting substrate. The radiation detecting substrate further includes a mounting board including an edge portion connected to the circuit substrate at one end thereof, and a flexible substrate including a wiring pattern connected to the plurality of semiconductor devices. The fixing member includes a bottom, a first side wall extending in a normal direction to the bottom from one end of the bottom, a second side wall extending in the normal direction to the bottom from the other end of the bottom, and substrate supporting portions on the first side wall and the second side wall.

Radiation detector module

A radiation detector includes a semiconductor element capable of detecting a radiation, a substrate on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a support member disposed adjacent to the semiconductor element for supporting the substrate. The substrate includes a first end portion on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a second end portion opposite the first end portion for disposing the support member. The support member includes a first support and a second support, and the first support and the second support each includes a protrusion and an engagement hole for engaging with the protrusion. The protrusion of the first support engages with the engagement hole of the second support to fix the first support and the second support such that the substrate is compressed and supported by the first support and the second support.

Radiation detector

A radiation detector stand has a first support having a plurality of first trenches to which a plurality of radiation detectors for detecting a radiation are inserted, and a second support arranged in parallel to the first support. The first trenches are arranged at a predetermined interval corresponding to an interval of arranging the radiation detectors. The second support has a plurality of second trenches to which the radiation detectors are inserted, and the second trenches are arranged at the predetermined interval.

Radiation detector stand

A PET apparatus comprises a plurality of detector units in the circumferential direction, wherein the detector unit includes a plurality of unit substrates therein, and wherein the unit substrate includes: a plurality of detectors upon which a &#x3b3;-ray is incident; and an analog ASIC and digital ASIC for processing a &#x3b3;-ray detection signal outputted by each of the detectors. The analog ASIC includes two slow systems having mutually different time constants, each of which outputs a pulseheight value. A noise determination part of the digital ASIC determines whether a relevant detection signal is an intended &#x3b3;-ray detection signal or a noise based on a correlation between the pulseheight values, and a noise counting part counts the number of times of noise determination, and a detector output signal processing control part controls the signal processing with respect to an output signal from a relevant detector based on the count.

Nuclear medical diagnosis apparatus

A radiation detector includes a semiconductor element capable of detecting a radiation, a substrate on which the semiconductor element is mounted, and a flexible substrate including a connection pattern connected to an element electrode on an opposite side to the substrate of the semiconductor element. The semiconductor element is disposed on one surface of the substrate, and the flexible substrate is disposed on the opposite side to the substrate of the semiconductor element.

A solid-state image-pickup device signal processing apparatus includes a solid-state image-pickup device, an amplifier for amplifying an output signal of the solid-state image-pickup device, an A/D conversion circuit for converting an analog output signal of the amplifier to a digital signal, a digital correlated double sampling circuit for removing noises, and a device for supplying an optional-value direct current signal to a video signal portion of a digital output signal of the A/D conversion circuit. The digital correlated double sampling circuit subtracts a field-through portion of the digital output signal from the video signal portion including the optional-value direct current signal added thereto so that the optional-value direct current signal remains after subtracting the field-through portion from the video signal portion including the optional-value direct current signal when the solid-state image-pickup device image-picks up a dark space.

Solid-state image-pickup device signal processing apparatus with signal compensation circuit

A nuclear medial diagnosis apparatus is used for performing diagnosis by administering a medicine marked with a radioactive isotope into an examinee and by using an image obtained by detecting gamma rays emitted from a particular organ or tumor where the medicine is accumulated. An image (an image created by an image creation unit) is created by a signal (a signal as an output from a radiation detector) corresponding to the energy of the gamma ray detected by a radiation detector. The image includes a contamination component attributed to gamma scattering in the radiation detector. An image correction operation unit performs a convolution operation to obtain a contamination image. The contamination image is subtracted by a corrected image creation unit. Thus, it is possible to prevent image degradation by the gamma ray scattering in the radiation detector.

The energy calibration method detects irradiation of radiation with predetermined energy from a calibration radiation source using a plurality of radiation detectors having a peak value distribution whose mode and mean value are different and performs calibration so that mean values become identical within the peak value distributions of the respective radiation detectors obtained through irradiation of radiation with predetermined energy from the calibration radiation source.

Energy calibration method and radiation detecting and radiological imaging apparatus

The number of hidden layers is no larger than 2 and a sum is determined for each case. A relationship between the sum of the inputs and teaching data for each case is expressed in a table in a descending order of the sum of inputs for each output of an output layer, and the teacher data for the maximum sum and the number of times of change in the teacher data are considered. A configuration (the number of hidden layers and the number of neurons thereof) is determined based on those data, and the coupling weights can be analytically calculated by using the table. Where the number of times of change of the teacher data is odd, some inputs do not route a second hidden layer.

Method of configuring a neural network and a diagnosis/control system

In a recognition/diagnosis method, a relation between total sums of inputs of respective cases and teacher data is listed in the order of magnitude of the total sums of inputs. Based on the value of the teacher data for the input having the maximum total sum and the number of times of change of teacher data in the table are considered, a configuration of a neural network (the number of hidden layers and the number of neurons thereof) is determined. Coupling weights are analytically calculated based on the table.

Method of configuring a neural network and a diagnosis/recognition

A self-propelled vehicle capable of all directional movement over a floor surface and adapted to be guided along a path such as a semiconductor processing line. The vehicle is provided with at least three wheels having a construction enabling rotational movement in a rotational plane of the wheel and in a direction orthogonal thereto. When at least four wheels are provided, the vehicle is provided with a suspension mechanism for mounting the wheels and a mechanism for maintaining a parallel relationship of the suspension mechanism and a chassis of the vehicle so that slanting of the vehicle body during travel is avoided. Also, the vehicle is provided with a vibration preventing base interposed between the vehicle and a substance mounting base for controlling the proper vibration frequency of the vibration presenting base to be lower than 1/.sqroot.2 of the proper vibration frequency of the vehicle.
