A cable with connectors includes a plurality of electric wires arranged in parallel, and a first connector and a second connector provided at each end of the electric wires. The first connector includes a first substrate accommodated therein and a connector plug connected to the first substrate. The second connector includes a second substrate accommodated therein and a connector plug connected to the second substrate. The first substrate and the second substrate have a plurality of first contact points arranged at one end-side thereof and to be connected with the electric wires, respectively. The plurality of first contact points is arranged so that am arrangement order of the plurality of first contact points provided on the first substrate and an arrangement order of the plurality of first contact points provided on the second substrate are mirror-symmetric with the electric wires being interposed therebetween.

A television signal receiving apparatus which can read program information relevant to a television program from an optical disk medium, interlocked with the television program and can reproduce and display the read program information. Program information (broadcasting information including program names, broadcasting channel names and broadcasting dates and times and appendant information relevant to the contents of the programs) relevant to the television programs to be displayed by the television receiver/display is recorded in the optical disk medium. When a user instructs a display of the program information by the selection and decision input unit, the television control unit transmits the display request and time information from the clock apparatus to the control unit of the optical disk unit. The control unit makes the appendant information to be reproduced from the optical disk medium, by using the broadcasting channel name and the time information as retrieval information. The appendant information is sent to the television receiver/display through the interface and is displayed in a picture and sound.

Television signal receiving apparatus incorporating an information

Time base fluctuation of a video signal reproduced from a video disc or tape is detected and corrected. Meanwhile, a dropout of such reproduced video signal is also detected. The dropout detection signal thus obtained represents the dropout period during which the time base information is erroneous. Therefore the time base information detected during such dropout period is rendered invalid to consequently eliminate erroneous correction of the time base fluctuation.

Drop-out correction circuit in an apparatus for correcting time base

A luminance signal Y and two color difference signals (R-Y), (B-Y) are separated from a color video signal. A color difference time division multiplex (TDM) signal is produced from the two color difference signals by a time base compression and time base multiplexing. A burst signal is added on the luminance signal and the color difference TDM signal as a time base information. The color difference TDM signal is recorded on an inner area of a disc. The luminance signal which has a wide signal band is recorded on an outer area of a disc which has a good frequency response characteristic. By separate recording of the two kinds of signals, a high resolution is obtained.

Video disc recording and/or reproducing apparatus for color video signal

A gas turbine combustor comprises an inner cylinder provided with louvers in an outer periphery thereof, defines a head combustion chamber and a main combustion chamber located downstream of and greater in diameter than the head combustion. An outer cylinder surrounds the inner cylinder and defines an air passage therebetween. A first burner communicates with the head combustion chamber and supplies air with gaseous fuel, and a second burner being disposed in the air passage near the head combustion chamber and supplying air and gaseous fuel into the main combustion chamber. The second burner is formed with a plurality of air inlets by a plurality of vanes which are disposed in an annular passage and which swirl the air, and with gaseous fuel jet ports near the inner peripheries of the air inlets. When the flow rate of the supplied fuel is small, the fuel flows along an inner-peripheral surface of the second burner, and when the flow rate is large, the fuel from the air inlets moves from the inner-peripheral surface toward the outer-peripheral surface of the second burner so as to be mixed well with the air supplied into the main combustion chamber. Thus, the production of NO.sub.x, CO, HC etc. can be decreased over the whole operating range of the turbine.
