The common electrode () includes: a first transparent electrode () and a second transparent electrode () that are formed of a first transparent conductive film and that are arranged so as to overlap the first colored layer () and the second colored layer (), respectively; a third transparent electrode () that is formed of a second transparent conductive film, which is different from the first transparent conductive film, and that is arranged so as to overlap the third colored layer (); and a fourth transparent electrode () that is formed of the second transparent conductive film and that is arranged so as to overlap the first colored layer ().
