An autonomous mobile object includes an imaging unit, a positional information sender to acquire and send positional information to a server, and an operation controller to cause the autonomous mobile object to move autonomously based on an operation command. The server includes storage to receive and store the positional information from the autonomous mobile object, a commander to send the operation command to the autonomous mobile object, and a receiver to receive information relating to an emergency report including a target location. When the receiver receives the information relating to the emergency report, the commander sends an emergency operation command to the autonomous mobile object located in a specific area including the target location. The emergency operation command causes the autonomous mobile object to capture an image of a person or a vehicle moving away from the target location, and the autonomous mobile object sends the image to the server.

Information collection system and server apparatus

An autonomous mobile object includes a sensor unit configured to sense the condition of a road, an operation controller configured to cause the autonomous mobile object to move autonomously on the basis of an operation command, an obtainer configured to obtain surveyed place data, which is information about a surveillance target place and data relating to a method of surveillance associated with each other, and an information collector configured to collect information about the condition of the surveillance target place by the sensor unit when the autonomous mobile object reaches the surveillance target place while travelling on the basis of the operation command.

Autonomous mobile object and information collection system

The autonomous mobile object includes an imaging unit, a positional information sender to acquire and send positional information to a server, and an operation controller to cause the autonomous mobile object to move autonomously based on an operation command. The server includes storage to receive and store the positional information from the autonomous mobile object, a commander to send the operation command to the autonomous mobile object, and a receiver to receive information relating to an emergency report including a target location. When the receiver receives the information relating to the emergency report, the commander sends an emergency operation command to the autonomous mobile object located in a specific area including the target location. The emergency operation command causes the autonomous mobile object to capture an image of the target location, and the autonomous mobile object sends the image to the server.

The system includes an examination controller that performs control relating to medical examination of a client user in the mobile object, a controller configured to, decide whether or not to transport the client user to a medical facility, and create an operation command so as to cause the mobile object to pick up the client user at a first destination, which is a location based on information sent from a client user's terminal used by the client user, and when the controller decides to transport the client user to the medical facility after the mobile object moves to the first destination, to transport the client user aboard the mobile object to the medical facility as a second destination.

Autonomous driving system, autonomous mobile object, and server

An information collection system enables crackdown on traffic violations by vehicles to be carried out in a preferable manner. The information collection system includes an autonomous mobile object that moves autonomously based on an operation command and a server apparatus. The autonomous mobile object includes a driving information acquirer that acquires driving information relating to the state of driving of a nearby vehicle, image acquirer that captures an image of the environment of the autonomous mobile object, a detector that detects a traffic violation by a nearby vehicle based on the driving information, and a controller that sends violation information relating to a traffic violation to the server apparatus. When a traffic violation is detected by the detector, the controller sends a captured image relating to the violator's vehicle and the driving information about the violator's vehicle, to the server apparatus as the violation information.

Information collection system and information collection apparatus

A system includes an autonomous vehicle that has a camera for capturing an image and a GPS receiver for acquiring positional information and moves according to a specific operation command, and a controller. The controller creates an operation command sent to the autonomous vehicle, detects a human image in the image captured by the camera, and make a determination as to whether or not the human image detected in the image is an image of a searched object.
