An electronic thermometer includes sensing member for sensing a temperature to be taken thereby, storage member for storing the sensed temperature from the sensing member, judging member for judging whether the change of the sensed temperature is a predetermined change, predicting member for predicting a steady temperature based on the sensed temperature when the judging member produces the judge of the predetermined change, and displaying member for displaying the sensed temperature or the steady temperature predicted by the predicting member.

Thereby, advantages of durability and compactness are made available, and the ingress of moisture and dirt is positively prevented.

Contact lens sterilization device

A contact lens sterilization device has a case which is generally made of synthetic resin having defined therein: a bottom chamber for receiving the heating element; a middle chamber for receiving a contact lens; a top chamber for receiving an electronic circuit for controlling the heating element therein so as to achieve a better thermal separation between the top chamber and the bottom chamber. A heating element which may be a PTC semiconductor device is secured to the lower surface of the wall separating the middle chamber and the bottom chamber by way of a heat transmission plate and secured by a holding plate and columns appending from the separation wall. The two electrodes of the heating element may be electrically in contact with the heat transmission plate and the holding plate, respectively.

A nebulization control system for an ultrasonic nebulizer comprising a variable pulse oscillating circuit, an ultrasonic vibrating circuit and an ultrasonic vibrator is described. The ultrasonic vibrator is caused to vibrate alternatingly between a high level which is sufficient to nebulize a fluid and a low level which is insufficient to nebulize the same. The ratio of duration of the high level to the low level and/or the amplitude of vibration at the high level is variable. This arrangement permits a precise control of nebulization quantity and assists in the production of a fine, uniform mist of fluid.
