An audio signal processing apparatus includes first and second tables. The first table has coefficients. The second table has corrective values for correction of the coefficients in the first table. The corrective values are assigned to different sample numbers in at least two successive half-wave signal portions. Detection is made as to a sample number in a corrected-object half-wave portion of a digital audio signal and a sample number in a half-wave portion of the digital audio signal which precedes the corrected-object half-wave portion. The coefficients in the first table are corrected into correction-resultant coefficients in response to the detected sample numbers while the corrective values in the second table are used. Samples in the corrected-object half-wave portion of the digital audio signal are corrected in response to the correction-resultant coefficients.

Audio signal processing apparatus and related computer program

A drive apparatus for driving an optical system of a camera in directions along an optical axis of the optical system through an electric motor. The drive apparatus is equipped with a manual ring provided in a housing of the optical system so as to be manually rotatable about the optical axis of the optical system. The manual ring is fixedly secured to a rotatable plate having a plurality of tooth portions. Also included in the drive apparatus is a rotation detector arranged to be associated with the plurality of tooth portions of the rotatable plate so as to detect the rotation of the manual ring to output a detection signal indicative of the rotation information of the manual ring. A control section is responsive to the detection signal from the rotation detector so as to output a control signal to the electric motor so that the optical system is driven at a speed corresponding to the frequency of the detection signal therefrom. This arrangement allows high-accurate position control of the optical system of the camera at a speed proportional to the rotational speed of the manual ring.

In a zoom lens apparatus with auto-focusing comprising a zoom lens; a focus lens; an imaging device; a signal generation circuit responsive to an output of the imaging device for generating a focus signal indicative of in-focus degree of an optical image on the imaging device; and a control circuit responsive to the focus signal and an external signal indicative of zooming the zoom lens for positioning the zoom and focus lens such that the focus lens position is controlled in accordance with a focus voltage when the external signal is not fed and moved in accordance with one of preset characteristic curves showing position relation between the zoom and focus lenses when the external signal is fed, the characteristic curve being selected according to the focus voltage, another characteristic curve is selected from plural characteristic curves in accordance with a difference between the focus voltages before and after moving the zoom lens or moving the focus lens by a given amount when the external signal indicates the zoom lens is to be moved form wide-angle to telephoto position and for sending the selected curve to the control circuit to prevent blurring on a reproduced image.

Zoom lens apparatus with auto-focusing

There is disclosed herein an automatic focusing system including an optical system having a focus lens, a zoom lens and an image pickup device for converting a light beam from an object into a corresponding electrical signal. The automatic focusing system comprising a filter for deriving a predetermined component of the electrical signal, a detector for detecting a focus voltage of the predetermined component and a drive circuit for moving the focus lens and zoom lens in the directions of the optical axis of the optical system. Also included in the focusing system is a control unit which moves the focus lens through the drive circuit to bring the focus lens into the fous positon and, when the focus position is not taken in a predetermiend movable range, moves the zoom lens toward the wide-angle side before again moving the focus lens so as to take the focus position.
