A gear pump includes a pair of gears that meshes with each other, two rotational shafts inserted into the respective gears that rotate together with gears, a pair of side plates arranged adjacent to both side surfaces of the gears, each having two through-holes forming bearings of the two shafts, a seal block that abuts against the pair of side plates and covers a part of the pair of gears, a pump assembly having the gears, the two shafts, the pair of side plates, and the seal block, and a case having a recess to accommodate the pump assembly. A line passing through an arc center of a cylindrical surface inscribed in the facing surface of the case, and parallel to the two shafts, forms a rotating axis. When the pump assembly rotates about the rotating axis, one of the of side plates contacts the inner wall of the case.

Gear pump

In a roller screw () having a screw shaft (), a plurality of rollers () that roll on a flank face () of the screw shaft; and a cage () that rotatably houses the plurality of rollers, a plurality of roller groups () each having a plurality of rollers arranged at equal intervals while contacting with the same flank face along a spiral groove of the screw shaft for one lead are provided, and the plurality of roller groups are arranged at intervals in the axial direction of the screw shaft. With this configuration, the size of the nut portion in the axial direction of the screw shaft can be prevented from being bloated, and the load distribution in a circumferential direction of the screw shaft can be uniformized.

A linear actuator has an alternating drive apparatus, an alternating motion member, a fixing member fixed to a housing member, a direct acting member, a first wedge joining mechanism incorporated between the alternating motion member and the direct acting member, and a second wedge joining mechanism incorporated between the fixing member and the direct acting member. The first wedge joining mechanism and the second wedge joining mechanism have an inclined surface, a non-inclined surface at a constant distance from the central axis, and a wedge member arranged between the inclined surface and the non-inclined surface. The non-inclined surfaces of the first and second wedge joining mechanisms are formed on the direct acting member. The inclined surface of the first wedge joining mechanism is formed on the alternating motion member, and the inclined surface of the second wedge joining mechanism is formed to the fixing member.

Linear actuator

Provided is a liquid chromatograph pump system which sucks eluent from an eluent reserving container, and which feeds pressurized high pressure eluent into a column, wherein a plunger reciprocating in a cylinder is formed on its outer peripheral surface with a stepped part along the sliding direction of the plunger in the cylinder so as to define a working chamber between the stepper part and the inner wall surface of the cylinder, the flow rate of the liquid chromatograph pump being determined by the volume of the working chamber and the traveling speed of the plunger, thereby it is possible to stably feed a liquid at an extremely low flow rate, and to satisfactorily expel air bubbles upon a start of the liquid chromatograph pump system.

A plurality of advanced angle chamber oil paths communicated to advanced angle hydraulic chambers and a plurality of retarded angle chamber oil paths communicated to retarded angle hydraulic chambers according to a change in rotating angle of a cam shaft are provided. The plurality of advanced angle chamber oil paths and the plurality of retarded angle chamber oil paths, respectively, are switched between communication and cut-off according to a rotating angle of the cam shaft. When torque in the direction of advanced angle acts in an advanced angle mode for phase shifting in the direction of advanced angle, the advanced angle hydraulic chambers are caused to communicate to a hydraulic power source and the retarded angle hydraulic chambers are caused to communicate to a drain. Also, at high speed of an engine, in the advanced angle mode, shut-off valves in the advanced angle chamber oil paths and the retarded angle chamber oil paths are opened so that hydraulic pressure is communicated from the hydraulic power source to the advanced angle chambers at all times in the same manner as in the related art.

Phase adjusting apparatus and a cam shaft phase adjusting apparatus for an internal combustion engine

A parallel guide portion as an integral structure of a sprocket and a vane, as well as a slant guide portion, are arranged alternately on the same circumference, with circumferential gaps being formed between said guide portion and the parallel guide portion, said guide portion having a shape such that the circumferential gaps become smaller in one axial direction of a cam shaft. Wedge members are disposed in the circumferential gaps respectively and are moved in one axial direction to fill up the circumferential gaps, thereby fixing the phase between the sprocket and the vane into a locked state. The wedge angle of each wedge member is set sufficiently small and, by utilizing varying torques acting on the cam shaft, said members are each moved and locked in one axial direction with a spring. Said members are actuated in an opposite axial direction with oil pressure to release the locked state, thereby permitting a phase angle control. By utilizing a varying torque acting on the cam shaft, the phase of the cam shaft is returned for itself to an intermediate position and is locked without looseness.

There is provided a scroll compressor having high overall adiabatic efficiency and reliability in a wide pressure operating range. A backside excess-suction-pressure region is provided such that pressure higher than suction pressure by a constant value is applied to a backside of scroll members to produce an attractive force to attract both scroll members. A control bypass is also provided for communicating compression chambers with a discharge system only when pressure in the compression chambers is high.

The invention intends to improve a response by utilizing a rotational variable torque of a cam shaft. Communication paths respectively communicating an advance hydraulic chamber and a retard hydraulic chamber provided in a second rotary member and a hydraulic connecting passage are provided so as to be communicated, at a time when a control member intending to improve a response by moving a phase angle control slider in an axial direction or a rotational direction in correspondence to an operating state such as an advance, a retard or the like so as to intermittently communicate an advance chamber communication path and a retard chamber communication path with a hydraulic chamber connecting groove only in a section in which a cam shaft variable torque in an operating direction is applied, is controlled in a rotating region, and a relative rotation of a third rotary member and the second rotary member stops.

In a rotational phase adjusting apparatus for adjusting a difference in rotational phase between a first element and a second element by controlling an engagement therebetween through a third element whose condition is set by a movement of a fourth element, an elastic member is arranged between the fourth element and the one of the first and second elements, and a brake generates a variable braking force to be applied to the fourth element so that a rotational positional relationship between the fourth element and the one of the first and second elements and a value of a force applicable from the fourth element to the third element are elastically variable in accordance with a value of the variable braking force.

Rotational phase adjuster

A second frame is arranged between a first frame and an orbiting scroll, and a central space and an outer peripheral space are sealed off by a seal portion, which is formed between an end surface of a shaft support of the orbiting scroll and the second frame. Also, a balance weight is arranged in a space between an underside of the second frame and the first frame. Thereby, most of an oil having lubricated respective shaft supports flows into the space below the second frame, and the oil accumulated in the space is discharged through an oil scavenge pipe into an oil reservoir in a lower portion of a closed vessel. Also, since the balance weight can be assembled from a side of the orbiting scroll in a state, in which the second frame is removed, it is possible to mount the balance weight close to the orbiting scroll.

Scroll fluid machine

A compressor includes a compression chamber for compressing working fluid within an inside thereof, a discharge port, through which the working fluid flows out from the compression chamber, and a discharge valve for opening or closing the discharge port. The discharge valve includes a valve seat portion provided in the discharge port and having a tapered surface, so that a cross-section area of the discharge port comes to be large from a side of the compression chamber. The valve has a projection portion having a tapered surface in contact with the tapered surface of the valve seat portion. A spring is provided on a member formed in one body with the valve seat portion, for positioning the valve to the valve seat portion, wherein clearance volume of the discharge port is reduced, so as to improve the performances thereof.
