Provided are a layered heat exchanger that can prevent deterioration of sealing property due to deformation of sealing portions of inlet and outlet header sections when a PTC heater is sandwiched between flat heat exchanger tubes, and is pressed to be brought into close contact with the flat heat exchanger tubes, and a heat medium heating apparatus and a vehicle air-conditioning apparatus using the layered heat exchanger.

A display device for displaying an image on a display surface includes a liquid crystal panel having the display surface, the liquid crystal panel with a first through hole formed in the display surface, a backlight disposed oppositely to the liquid crystal panel, the backlight with a second through hole formed at a position overlapping with the first through hole, and a cap inserted into the first through hole and the second through hole. The cap includes a tube portion with a third through hole formed, the third through hole parallel to the first through hole and the second through hole, and a flange portion formed at least one end of the tube portion, the flange portion having an outer diameter larger than a diameter of the first through hole, and larger than a diameter of the second through hole.
