An element body is formed with a through hole to be open at a first main surface and a second main surface opposing each other. A through-conductor includes a first portion located inside the through hole and a second portion protruding from the second main surface. A case surrounds the element body and is electrically insulating. A cover surrounds the second portion and is electrically insulating. A first resin is contained in the case and coats the element body. A second resin is contained in the cover and is located in a space between an inner surface of the element body and the first portion. The second resin has an electrical resistivity less than an electrical resistivity of the first resin.

High-voltage feed-through capacitor

A high-voltage capacitor is intended for use in a high-voltage capacitor device having at least two through conductors. The high-voltage capacitor includes a dielectric porcelain, an individual electrode, and a common electrode. At least two spaced individual electrodes are provided on one surface of the dielectric porcelain and intended to be connected one-to-one to the through conductors positioned outside the dielectric porcelain. The common electrode is provided on the other surface of the dielectric porcelain.

High-voltage capacitor, high-voltage capacitor device and magnetron

A high-voltage feed-through capacitor includes: a capacitor element; a grounding metal fitting; an insulating resin; two through conductors; an insulating cover; and an insulating tube. The capacitor element has two separate electrodes on one side and one common electrode on the other side and is mounted on one side of the grounding metal fitting with the common electrode being connected to the same side of the grounding metal fitting. The insulating resin fills a space inside the capacitor element. Each through conductor has a rod-like conductor portion passing through the grounding metal fitting and the capacitor element and connected to the separate electrode. At least a portion of the insulating tube is attached to the rod-like conductor portion within the capacitor element. The insulating cover is attached to the rod-like conductor portion to have one end thereof in contact with one end of the insulating tube.

High-voltage feed-through capacitor and magnetron

The present invention is directed to a high-voltage capacitor, high-voltage capacitor device and magnetron in which, undesirable radiation waves generated in the frequency range of 450 MHz to 1000 MHz in a magnetron are suppressed to such a level that there is no adverse effect on the peripheral devices. The dielectric porcelain comprises a bodyand through holesThe bodyincludes a portion () that is narrowed on both sides in the middle of the body in the plan view. The through holesare formed in the body, arranged at a distance from each other over the narrowed portion (). One individual electrodeis provided on the surface of the bodyat which the through holeopens. The other individual electrodeis provided on the surface of the bodyat which the through holeopens. The common electrodeis provided on another surface of the bodyat which the through holesopen.

A capacitor has electrodes at surfaces thereof, with one of the electrodes secured onto one surface of a grounding metal. Through conductors pass through the capacitor and the grounding metal and are connected to the other electrodes so as to achieve electrical continuity. An insulating case is provided at one surface of the grounding metal, with one end of the insulating case fitted around the external circumference of the raised portion of the grounding metal. Insulating resin fills a space inside the insulating case, the internal space of the grounding metal and a space around the capacitor. The insulating resin comprises an epoxy resin containing a brominated fire retardant, and the brominated fire retardant is a brominated aromatic glycidyl ether.

High voltage capacitor and magnetron

In a high-voltage feedthrough capacitor, a grounding member has two through-holes spaced away from each other. Feedthrough capacitors each has one central conductor, a dielectric layer, and an electrode. The periphery of the central conductor is respectively covered with the dielectric layer, and the surface of the dielectric layer is respectively covered with the electrode. The feedthrough capacitor extends respectively through the through-hole, and has been fitted to the grounding member. The electrode has been bonded to the grounding member. An armoring insulator covers the peripheries of the feedthrough capacitors and the periphery of the grounding member.

High-voltage feedthrough capacitor

Through conductors pass through a capacitor and a grounding member. Insulating tubes cover the through conductors respectively. An insulating case is provided at one surface of the grounding member. An insulating cover is provided at an opposite surface of the grounding member. Insulating resins fill a space inside the insulating case, a space inside the insulating cover, and a space around the capacitor. The insulating case is constituted of a mixture containing polybutylene terephthalate and an inorganic substance which contains glass powder and ceramic powder. The content of the inorganic substance is set within a range of 15 wt % to 45 wt % relative to the entire quantity of the mixture.

A capacitor constituted of a dielectric ceramic material is provided with through holes, with electrodes formed at the two surfaces at which the through holes open. One of the electrodes is secured onto a raised portion of a grounding metal. Conductors which pass through the capacitor and the grounding metal are electrically connected to an electrode opposite the electrode secured onto a raised portion of the grounding metal. Insulating resins fill the spaces around the capacitor. One end surface of an insulating cover is set facing opposite an inner surface of the raised portion of the grounding metal over a gap with an inner insulating resin filling the gap.

A feedthrough ceramic capacitor having a grounding fitting provided in a part of a housing of the capacitor is mounted to a filter box by being forced into the latter through an insertion hole of the filter box. Since a corrugated edge is provided around the entire circumference of the insertion hole provided in the filter box, the feedthrough ceramic capacitor can be forced into the filter box easily. Further, because no gap is generated between the filter box and the grounding fitting, high-frequency noise in the inside of the filter box never leaks to the outside.

The present invention is directed to a high voltage capacitor and a magnetron which can reduce the weeping noise resulting from the electrostriction phenomenon while maintaining the function as a filter. A capacitor constituted with a dielectric porcelain, is provided with through holes which pass through the dielectric porcelain and electrodes on the two surfaces where the through holes open. One of the electrodes is secured onto one surface of a grounding member. Through conductors are connected with electrical continuity to the electrodes by passing through the capacitor and the grounding member. Insulating resins are filled around the capacitor. The relative dielectric constant of the dielectric porcelain is within the range of 3000 to 6000.

High voltage capacitor and magnetron having porcelain dielectric material

A high-voltage through-type ceramic capacitor which is capable of exhibiting satisfactory heat resistance sufficient to ensure good operability of the capacitor even under severe conditions and being positively small-sized while ensuring its satisfactory operation. In the capacitor, at least one of an insulation case and an insulation cover is made of a material selected from the group consisting of polyethylene terephthalate and nylon 66. The capacitor further includes a pair of central conductors each including a fastening tab arranged in the insulation case, and the insulation case is formed at an upper portion thereof surrounding the fastening tabs into an upper enlarged section.
