A multilayer insulated wire, comprising: a conductor; and at least three extruded insulation layers covering the conductor, which extruded insulation layers comprise: (A) an outermost layer composed of an extruded covering layer of a resin whose elongation rate after heat treatment by immersion in a solder at 150&#xb0; C. for two seconds is at least 290% and at least equal to elongation rate before the heat treatment; (B) an innermost layer comprising a resin whose elongation rate after heat treatment by immersion in a solder at 150&#xb0; C. for two seconds is at least 290% and at least equal to elongation rate before the heat treatment; and (C) an insulation layer that is placed between the outermost layer and the innermost layer and that is composed of an extruded covering layer of a crystalline resin with a melting point of at least 280&#xb0; C. or an amorphous resin with a glass transition temperature of at least 200&#xb0; C.; and a transformer having the multilayer insulated wire.

Multilayer insulated wire and transformer using the same

An electronic thermometer includes a temperature sensing means for sensing a temperature of a part to be measured, a prediction means fro predicting an equilibrium temperature by using the temperature being sensed, and a temperature display means having a temperature display unit. The temperature display means switches the display of the temperature display unit from the predicted temperature predicted by the prediction means to the actual measured temperature sensed by the temperature sensing means, based on a variation state of a peak of the temperature sensed by the temperature sensing means. Accordingly, a variation in displayed temperature is reduced, when the display switching is performed from the predicted temperature to the actual measured temperature, and a determination of the display switching from the predicted temperature to the actual measured temperature can be achieved by a simple circuit.

A method of producing an electronic clinical thermometer is disclosed, the electronic clinical thermometer including a temperature-sensitive element, lead wire that is connected to the temperature-sensitive element, a body case having a probe part in which an insertion path for the lead wire to be inserted is formed, and a sensor cap having a cavity one end of which is opened and the other end is closed, both the lead wire projecting from the insertion path and the temperature-sensitive element being stored within the sensor cap, and the method includes a step for mounting the sensor cap on the probe part, in a state where the lead wire having the temperature-sensitive element mounted on the tip thereof projects from the insertion path of the probe part.

Multilayer insulated wire and transformer made using the same

An electronic thermometer includes a temperature sensing means for sensing a temperature of a part to be measured, and a prediction means for calculating an equilibrium temperature according to the temperature being sensed. The prediction means includes a parameter determination unit for calculating parameters of a prediction function having three parameters to obtain an equilibrium predicted temperature, and an equilibrium predicted temperature calculation means for calculating an equilibrium temperature during a period of the thermal equilibrium time, based on the parameters determined by the parameter determination unit. The parameter determination unit determines parameters held by the prediction function, based on three (or two) sensed temperatures and the measuring times thereof. According to the prediction function, the equilibrium temperature can be predicted with a small number of samplings, and the parameters are determined based on the sensed temperature and the measuring time of the sensed temperature. Consequently, the number of samplings to predict the equilibrium temperature is reduced, as well as solving a problem that the equilibrium temperature may be varied due to an external factor, individual difference, and the like.

A temperature measuring element () for detecting a temperature, a display panel () for displaying the temperature measured by the temperature measuring element (), an operation switch () for predetermined operation, and a vibration generator () for notifying that an electronic clinical thermometer is in a predetermined state are arranged in the order named in the longitudinal direction of the electronic clinical thermometer. The display panel, the vibration generator, and a circuit board are held in one inside frame (), and are fitted together with the inside frame () into a sheath case () and assembled.

A multilayer insulated wire having two or more extrusion-insulating layers provided on a conductor to coat the conductor, wherein at least one layer of the insulating layers is composed of a polyethersulfone resin (i), or a resin mixture (ii) made by blending: 100 parts by weight of a resin (A) of at least one selected from polyetherimide resins and polyethersulfone resins, and 10 parts by weight or more of a resin (B) of at least one selected from polycarbonate resins, polyarylate resins, polyester resins and polyamide resins; and wherein at least one layer other than the insulating layer composed of the resin (i) or resin mixture (ii) is provided as an outer layer to the insulating layer and is composed of a polyphenylenesulfide resin. A transformer can also have the mentioned multi-layered insulated wire.

A multilayer insulated wire which includes a conductor and two or more solderable, extruded insulating layers with which the conductor is coated. The first insulating layer nearest to the conductor includes a thermoplastic polyester elastomer resin and the outermost insulating layer is composed of a thermoplastic polyamide resin. A transformer in which the multilayer insulated wire is utilized.

A multilayer insulated wire has two or more extrusion-coating insulating layers provided on a conductor directly or via some other layer, or provided on the outside of a multicore wire composed of conductor cores or insulated cores that are collected together, wherein at least one of the insulating layers is made of a mixture prepared by mixing 100 parts by weight of a polyethersulfone resin and 10 to 100 parts by weight of an inorganic filler. A transformer utilizes the multilayer insulated wire. The multilayer insulated wire can realize such high heat resistance as heat resistance F class (155&deg; C.), which satisfies IEC 950 standards, or higher heat resistance, in transformers; and can exhibit excellent electrical properties even at high frequencies. Further, when the transformer is used at high frequencies, the electric properties are not lowered, and influence by the generation of heat can be prevented.

There is disclosed a multilayer insulated wire which comprises a conductor and solderable extrusion-insulating layers made up of two or more layers for covering the conductor, wherein at least one insulating layer is formed by a mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a resin (A), of at least one selected from the group consisting of polyetherimide resins and polyethersulfone resins, 10 parts by weight or more of a resin (B), of at least one selected from the group consisting of polycarbonate resins, polyarylate resins, polyester resins, and polyamide resin, and 15 to 200 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (C). There is also disclosed a transformer which utilizes the multilayer insulted wire. The multilayer insulated wire is excellent in heat resistance, solderability, high-frequency characteristic, and coilability, and it is favorably suitable for industrial production. Further, the transformer utilizing the multilayer insulated wire is excellent in electrical properties and high in reliability, since when used at high frequencies, electric properties are not lowered and influence by the generation of heat can be prevented.

Multilayer insulated wire and transformers made by using the same

There is disclosed a multilayer insulated wire comprising a conductor and solderable extrusion-insulating layers made up of two or more layers for covering the conductor, wherein at least one insulating layer is formed by a resin mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a resin (A), of at least one selected from polyetherimide resins and polyethersulfone resins, and 10 parts by weight or more of a resin (B), of at least one selected from polycarbonate resins, polyarylate resins, polyester resins, and polyamide resins. There is also disclosed a transformer using the multilayer insulated wire. The multilayer insulated wire is excellent in heat resistance, solderability, and coilability, and is favorably suitable for industrial production. The transformer is excellent in electrical properties and high in reliability.

Case for clinical thermometer

A multilayer insulated wire has a conductor and solderable extrusion-insulating layer made up of two or more layers for covering the conductor. At least one insulating layer including the outermost layer is formed by a mixture of 100 parts by weight of resin components in which 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyester-series resin (A) is blended with 5 to 40 parts by weight of an ethylene-series copolymer having a carboxylic acid component or a metal salt of the carboxylic acid component in its side chain, and 10 to 80 parts by weight of an inorganic filler (B). A transformer which utilizes the multilayer insulated wire has excellent solderability, high-frequency characteristics, peel resistance under high-voltage and high-frequency, and coilability, and it is favorably suitable for industrial production. A transformer utilizing the multilayer insulated wire has excellent electrical properties and high reliability, because when used at high frequencies, there arises no problem of lowering of electric properties and scraping-off from the wire by corona.
