The wire harness includes a base film having flexibility, a cover film covering the base film and having flexibility, and electric wires disposed between the base film and the cover film. The electric wires include first end sections that extend outside the base film and the cover film and second end sections that extend outside from the base film and the cover film from an opposite side from the first end sections. The base film and the cover film include welding portions at which the base film and the cover film are joined with welding.

Wire harness for power storage module, and method of producing wire harness

A power storage component module includes power storage components and a bus bar connecting the power storage components to one another. At least one positioning boss is provided on an electrode included in the power storage components. The at least one positioning boss protrudes upward. The at least one positioning boss includes a base end and a distal end having a diameter less than a diameter of the base end. At least one through hole opens in the bus bar. The bus bar is placed on the at least one positioning boss and a hole edge of the at least one through hole is disposed around the at least one positioning boss between the base end of the at least one positioning boss and the distal end of the at least one positioning boss in a vertical direction.

Power storage component module

A sensor unit disclosed herein is a temperature sensor unit to be attached to an energy storage device. The temperature sensor unit includes an FPC to be positioned on an energy storage device body, a temperature sensor connected to a detection line of the FPC, a housing disposed on the FPC and covering the temperature sensor, and a biasing member elastically and deformably held in the housing and configured to bias the lower housing of the housing toward the energy storage device body by elastic restoring force to bring the temperature sensor into contact with the energy storage device body with the FPC therebetween.

An object is to make it possible to hot-press a nonwoven member that covers a branching portion of a wire harness main body even when there is an error in the position of the branching portion. A wire harness includes a wire harness main body and a branching portion protection portion. The wire harness main body includes a trunk line portion and a branch line portion branching off from the trunk line portion. The branching portion protection portion is formed by hot-pressing a nonwoven member in a state in which the nonwoven member covers the branching portion where the branch line portion branches off from the trunk line portion. The branching portion protection portion includes a branch line side protection portion that is tapered from a base end side toward a distal end side of the branch line portion.

Wire harness and method for manufacturing wire harness

An object is to provide a wire harness capable of protecting a wire, and also capable of facilitating the mounting of the wire and a soundproofing material to a place where soundproofing (e.g., sound absorption or sound insulation) is required. The wire harness includes a wire and a soundproofing sheet. The soundproofing sheet includes a sheet-like soundproofing material that is combined integrally with the wire along the wire. A plurality of holes are formed in the soundproofing sheet at positions along a route of the wire.

Wire harness

A purpose is, in the case where a nonwoven member is hot pressed around a wire harness to form a protective member, to inhibit rotation of a vehicle body fixing component attached to the protective member while making a cross-sectional shape of the protective member as circular as possible. The wire harness includes a wire harness body containing at least one electric wire and a protective member formed by hot pressing a nonwoven member in a state of covering at least a portion of the wire harness body. The protective member has a protective member that is formed to have a circular cross-sectional shape and a flat surface forming part that has a flat surface formed on at least a portion of an outer periphery.

It is aimed to improve soundproofing of a wiring module. The wiring module is provided with a sheet-shaped first soundproofing member; a wire harness which contains at least one wire and is disposed at least partially along one main surface of the first soundproofing member, and a second soundproofing member. The second soundproofing member is provided partially to one main surface of the first soundproofing member and holds the wire harness interposed between the first soundproofing member and the second soundproofing member.

Wiring module and method for assembling wiring module

A wire harness includes a wire harness main body and a protective member. The wire harness main body includes a trunk line and a branch line branching from the trunk line. In a state where a non-woven member covers the trunk line and a base end of the branch line, the protective member is formed by hot pressing a portion of the non-woven member covering at least the trunk line. A portion of the protective member covering the base end of the branch line is formed to be more pliable than a portion covering the trunk line.
