The object is to provide a construction method of an information-communicable underground pipe whereby communication cables can be readily laid in an underground pipeline having a main pipe and branch pipes branched therefrom thereby allowing the underground pipeline to be used as an information-communicable underground pipe, and to provide a construction structure and a construction member therefor. The construction method of an information-communicable underground pipe comprises inserting a sheath pipe () into an underground pipeline () through a manhole (), the sheath pipe having a main body () formed with an empty room () for installing a communication cable () thereinto and a high-strength low-elongation material element () integrally formed in the main body () along the length of the main body (), and securing the high-strength low-elongation material element () onto the inner wall of said manhole () by applying tension thereon to secure the sheath pipe () in the substantially upper part inside the underground pipeline ().

Method of constructing information correspondence pipe, constructed structure, and construction member

A laying method for laying communication cables () is provided which allows to lay optical fiber cables () in an underground pipeline such as a sewage pipe neither placing direct tension nor allowing slack on them, and for a main pipe in which a plurality of optical fiber cables () are to be laid, the method also allows to lay optical fiber cables () in the upper space of inside the pipeline and to obviate the need of an expensive robot for the laying operation. In the proposed laying method, a high-strength low-elongation tension member is disposed to be slidable in the lengthwise direction along each optical fiber cable (), and the tension members () are drawn into the underground pipeline () to tension the trunk tension member () thereby stretching the trunk tension member () substantially straight in the underground pipeline (), and thus the optical fiber cables () are laid in the upper space of inside the underground pipeline (). Also the branch tension member () is tensioned in the branch pipe () to lay the optical fiber cables () in the branch pipe without allowing slack.

The tubular lining material is manufactured by simultaneously extruding plural synthetic resins in an annularly layered form superficially onto the external surface of the tubular textile jacket, using an apparatus provided with an annularly arranged multiple extruders. A tubular lining material for pipe lines having a relatively large inner diameter and possibly a plurality of bends or curved portions, which comprises a tubular textile jacket made of warps and a weft knitted or woven in a tubular form overlaid with an air-impervious coating of a flexible synthetic resin and is applicable onto the inner surface of a pipe line which has a relatively large inner diameter and may have a plurality of bends or curved portions in such manner that the tubular lining material with a binder on the inner surface thereof may be inserted into the pipe line and allowed to advance within the pipe line with or without the aid of a leading rope-like elongated material while turning the tubular lining material inside out under fluid pressure thereby applying the tubular lining material onto the inner surface of the pipe line with the binder being interposed between the pipe line and the tubular lining material, characterized in that the warps are comprised of crimped yarns of polybutylene terephthalate fibers and the weft is comprised of a yarn of synthetic fibers. This tubular lining material is improved in biaxial stretchability, especially in lengthwise direction and has high flexibility and consistency so that the tubular lining material can be impregnated with a sufficient amount of a binder and applied onto the inner surface of the pipe line in good compliance with the shape of the inner surface without forming wrinkles or narrowing the flow path in bends or curved portions of the pipe line.

A tubular lining material for pipe lines having bends or curved portions, which comprises a tubular textile jacket made of warps and wefts woven in a tubular form overlaid with a coating of a flexible synthetic resin and is applicable onto the inner surface of a pipe line having bends or curved portions in such manner that the tubular lining material with a binder onto the inner surface thereto is inserted into the pipe line and allowed to advance within the pipe line with or without the aid of a leading rope-like elongated element while turning the tubular lining material inside out under fluid pressure thereby applying the tubular lining material onto the inner surface of the pipe line with the binder being interposed between the pipe line and the tubular lining material, characterized in that a part or all of the warps are comprised of an elastic yarn around which, over the full length thereof, a synthetic fiber yarn or yarns have been left-and/or right-handedly coiled. This tubular lining material is particularly suitable for use in a lining method taking advantage of evagination as disclosed in U.S. Pat. No. 4,334,943 for lining a pipe line having an inner diameter of 25-200 mm and a plurality of bends, such as service pipe lines or house pipe lines of gas without occurrence of wrinkles in the lining material in a bend.
