A method for manufacturing a pre-fabricated element for construction and electricity production includes providing a formwork mould; introducing a photovoltaic module into the formwork mould, and for this purpose vertically positioning the photovoltaic module against or in replacement of one of the walls of the formwork mould, the front face of the at least one photovoltaic module being arranged so as to face an area of the space located outside the mould; depositing an adhesive structural material or a mixture of adhesive structural materials on all or part of the rear face of the at least one photovoltaic module arranged so as to face an area of the space located inside the mould, the adhesive structural material including at least one polymer from the epoxide, polyurethane, acrylic, or styrene-acrylic family, and pouring fresh concrete into the formwork mould so as to cover the adhesive structural material.

Method for manufacturing a pre-fabricated photovoltaic construction element

A hydraulic binder which includes a clinker with a specific shape, the clinker including as main phases, given as weight percentages relative to the total weight of the clinker: (i) 70 to 95% of a belite phase having a particle size such that the Dv50 ranges from 5 to 15 &#x3bc;m; (ii) 5 to 30% of a calcium aluminoferrite phase; and (iii) less than 5% of minor phases; the clinker having an AlO/FeOweight ratio of less than 1.5; and the clinker including less than 5% of alite phase and less than 5% of calcium sulphoaluminate phase; and at least 0.5% dry weight of an activator made of calcium sulphate, as a weight percentage relative to the total weight of phases (i) to (iii).

A method includes using an element which includes a monoblock concrete body with a volume greater than 1 L and a surface porosity greater than 8%, which body includes in the body and/or on a surface thereof a compound having a BET specific surface greater than 100 m/g, and which element does not include a photocatalytic agent, to absorb from the atmosphere a gas selected from the group consisting of nitrogen oxides, carbon oxides, sulphur oxides, and ozone, or a volatile organic compound.

Use of a concrete-based element for treatment of gases and volatile compounds

A demolding composition, to be used for the production of parts of hydraulic-setting material, includes at least one oil and at least one calcium salt, calcium borates and calcium salts of fatty acids being excluded from the at least one calcium salt. A process for the preparation of a part molded in hydraulic-setting material, includes coating sides of an appropriate mold with the demolding composition; introducing a freshly-prepared hydraulic-setting composition; and removing the part from the mold after hardening and optional curing of the composition.
