Examples of host devices are described herein. In some examples, a host device may include a tracking device to receive user account information. In some examples, the tracking device may receive user account information wirelessly. In some examples, the host device includes a basic input/output system (BIOS) to store the user account information delivered from the tracking device.

Tracking device user account information

In some examples, an electronic device comprises a wireless transceiver to transmit a packet and a processor coupled to the wireless transceiver. The processor is to update a running average of a radiation level over a time period. The running average is based on a quantity of packets transmitted by the wireless transceiver during the time period and a radiation level associated with the quantity of packets. The processor is to determine whether the running average exceeds a threshold and to control transmission power for the packet based on the determination and based on a destination of the packet.

Examples of transmit power controls are described herein. In some examples, an electronic device includes an imaging capturing device to capture a video stream. In some examples, the electronic device includes video processing circuitry. In some examples, the video processing circuitry may measure background motion in the video stream. In some examples, the video processing circuitry may detect human proximity based on the measured background motion. In some examples, the video processing circuitry may control transmit power in response to the human proximity detection.

Transmit power controls

Examples of electronic devices are described herein. In some examples, an electronic device includes a transmitter. In some examples, the transmitter may transmit a first beacon and a second beacon. In some examples, the first beacon may be associated with a first account. In some examples, the second beacon may be associated with a second account. In some examples, the first account includes a different beacon control privilege relative to the second account.

Beacon transmission

An electronic device that comprises a component, communication port, and a controller coupled to the component and the communication port. The controller is to store operational data of the component during operation of the electronic device. The controller is to provide the operational data to a peripheral device coupled to the electronic device in response to the electronic device establishing a wired connection to the peripheral device via the communication port, the operational data secured by a security credential of the controller. The controller is to receive a repair command from the peripheral device based on the operational data. The controller is to correct a malfunction of the component based on the repair command.

An example display for a computing device includes: a display layer; a dynamic liquid crystal antenna formed substantially parallel to the display layer, the dynamic liquid crystal antenna comprising: a liquid crystal layer; a pixelated driving electrode to selectively activate pixels of the liquid crystal layer to form an antenna structure; and a common electrode extending between the liquid crystal layer and the display layer to isolate the liquid crystal layer from the display layer.

An electronic device includes a communication device to receive a command from another electronic device while the electronic device is in a power saving state, where the command is different from a wake command; and a processor to transition the electronic device from the power saving state to: a partial wake state when the command indicates a first operation; and a full wake state when the command indicates a second operation.

An example device includes a power regulator to provide electrical power to a wireless charger over a power line and a controller connected to the power regulator. The controller is to generate a signal that encodes an allowable power draw of the wireless charger and communicate the signal to the power regulator. The power regulator communicates the signal with the electrical power transmitted over the power line to the wireless charger.

Examples herein relate to wireless polling frequency alteration. For instance, in some examples a wireless power transmitter circuit can emit wireless signals to detect a presence of a wireless power receiver circuit included in a mobile device and a controller can alter a wireless polling frequency at which the wireless power transmitter circuit emits the wireless signals to a respective wireless polling frequency of a plurality of wireless polling frequencies.

An example computing device includes a tracking device, an interface, a processor, and a controller. The interface including a power pin, a data pin, and a clock pin, where the interface is to couple the tracking device to the computing device via the power pin and the data pin, and the clock pin is disconnected from the tracking device. The controller is communicatively coupled to the processor and the interface, the controller is to control an operation of the tracking device via the data pin.

In some examples, an electronic device includes a first display device and a processor. The processor determines whether the electronic device is paired with a head-mounted device comprising a second display device. In response to determining that the electronic device is paired with the head-mounted device, the processor presents first image information on the first display device, sends second image information to the head-mounted device, and coordinates with the head-mounted device to cause the head-mounted device to display the second image information on the second display device, where the first image information and the second image information are to present an aggregate view to a user of the head-mounted device.

Example implementations relate to alerts for virtual meetings. In some examples, a computing device can include a processor, where the processor is to in response to a virtual meeting having been initiated, determine whether a graphical user interface of the virtual meeting is minimized in a desktop environment and whether communication has occurred in the virtual meeting, and in response to communication having occurred and the graphical user interface being minimized, cause an alert to be displayed on a display panel.

In some examples, the disclosure describes a device, comprising: a processor, and a non-transitory memory resource storing machine-readable instructions stored thereon that, when executed, cause the processor to: activate a dynamic power reduction mode for a device in response to identifying the device is in a first power state associated with a first account, and deactivate the dynamic power reduction mode for the device in response to identifying the device is in a second power state associated with a second account.

Example implementations relate to device management. In some examples, a system may include a computing device comprising executable instructions to authenticate the computing device to a first wireless network, implementing a first level of security, while in an active state. A system may include a computing device comprising executable instructions to disconnect from the first wireless network responsive to entering a sleep state. A system may include a computing device comprising executable instructions to provide, from a basic input/output system (BIOS) of the computing device, a wireless parameter for a second wireless network implementing a second level of security. A system may include a computing device comprising executable instructions to connect to the second wireless network while in the sleep state.

Device management

Examples relate to operating mode configuration. An apparatus may include a memory resource storing executable instructions. Instructions may include instructions to receive a message from a host computing device coupled to the apparatus. The message may include a Host Based Media Access Control Address (HBMA). Instructions may further include instructions to configure the apparatus using the HBMA in response to a determination that the apparatus is in a particular operating mode. The apparatus may further include a processing resource to execute the instructions stored on the memory resource.
