When message communication data including destination data and message data has been received, a data acquiring portion acquires, from a storage device, a piece of target person data that is a piece of registrant data corresponding to the destination data. When the piece of target person data has been acquired, a target person extracting portion extracts, from a captured image of a camera, target face feature data that matches registered face feature data of the piece of target person data. An audio control portion causes an audio device to output an audio message that includes a target person identification sound representing registrant identification data of the piece of target person data. When the message is output, and it has been determined that the target person is present in front of an apparatus, an output control portion causes an information output device to output information represented by the message data.

An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus and a mobile terminal. The image forming apparatus forms an image on paper. The mode information indicates a quiet mode in which an image is formed at a predetermined formation speed, or a normal mode in which the image is formed at a faster formation speed than the quiet mode. The quiet mode is settable on the mobile terminal. The image forming apparatus forms an image in the quiet mode when the mode information inputted from the external device indicates the normal mode and setting information indicating the quiet mode is acquired from the mobile terminal.

An image forming system includes an image forming apparatus and a mobile terminal. The mobile terminal communicates with the image forming apparatus through a communication network. Mode information is inputted to the image forming apparatus from an external device. The mode information indicates one mode among a quiet mode in which an image is formed at a predetermined formation speed, a normal mode in which the image is formed at a faster formation speed than the quiet mode, and an urgent mode in which an image forming process in the quiet mode or the normal mode is interrupted to form the image. The quiet mode is sellable on the mobile terminal. The image forming apparatus forms the image in the urgent mode when the mode information inputted from the external device indicates the urgent mode and setting information indicating the quiet mode is acquired from the mobile terminal.

An electronic device includes a display and a control unit. The control unit includes a processor and functions, when the processor executes a control program, as a screenshot executing section and a control section. The screenshot executing section acquires an image being displayed on the display. The control section performs authentication processing authenticating a user. When an image that requires authentication of the user is being displayed on the display, the control section forbids the screenshot executing section to acquire the image. When an image that requires no authentication of the user is being displayed on the display, the control section permits the screenshot executing section to acquire the image.

An electronic device includes a display and a control unit. The control unit includes a processor and functions, when the processor executes a control program, as a screenshot executing section and a control section. The screenshot executing section acquires an image being displayed on the display. When an image is displayed on the display and a preset condition is satisfied, the control section causes the display to display a message indicating that the image can be acquired by the screenshot executing section.

An image forming apparatus includes a display unit, an image forming unit, and a control unit. The image forming unit forms an image on a recording sheet. The control unit includes a processor, and acts as a controller when the processor executes a control program. The controller calculates a coverage rate to be realized when the image is formed on the recording sheet, decides a recycle category of the recording sheet according to the coverage rate, and either causes the display unit to display the recycle category, or causes the image forming unit to form an image of the recycle category on the recording sheet, together with the image.
