An engineering system, comprising a pumping system, a wave system, a system of measuring devices, and a dynamic controller, configured for generating pressure waves with controlled frequencies, and their propagating through turbulent flow in the suction and discharge pipelines of the pumping system. The engineering system performs a method of automatic controlling the energy efficient mode of pipeline transporting of fluid medium. The dynamic controller regulates and adjusts in real time optimal values of frequencies of generating pressure waves, providing minimum values of hydrodynamic resistance of turbulent flow in the discharge pipeline, for any average value of the flow velocity, compared to the hydrodynamic resistance of the turbulent flow having the same velocity, but not interacting with pressure waves. Automatic controlling the process of generating pressure waves with optimal frequencies by the dynamic controller, ensures the maximum energy efficiency of the process of pipeline transporting of fluid medium.

Engineering system and method of automatic controlling of the energy efficient mode of pipeline transporting process of fluid medium

A pressure wave generator with dynamic reflector of pressure impulse is disclosed which comprises an outer fixed and an inner coaxially-rotating cylindrical elements with the given profiled openings of the given shapes and sizes in the solid walls and a dynamic reflector of pressure impulse, configured in the solid wall of the inner rotating cylindrical element having a longitudinal radial-azimuthal variable-concave surface. Such concave surface provides a decomposition of the reflected pressure impulse to a radial and azimuthal component, especially important on the stage of decrease of the pressure amplitude from a maximal value to zero. Variation of the curvature of the radial-azimuthal shape of the concave surface provides a maximal azimuthal component and a minimal radial component of the mechanical reaction of the shaft of the pressure wave generator. The helicoidally-shape of the inner surface of a collector add an azimuthal motion to reflected pressure impulse.

A method of and for optimizing pressure waves in fluids and profiling openings of elements of mechanical system to optimize systems, is provided. The method aids in the generation of pressure waves with predetermined waveform in elastic fluids and can be used to increase the energy efficiency in the pipeline technologies for the transportation of flowable media, one-phase and multi-phase, homogeneous, and heterogeneous media; powders, disperse mixtures; and technologies of forced extraction of liquids from capillary porous saturated media. Wherein, in the use of the method, changing a value of at least one of the parameters of the generating waves consisting of the shapes, sizes and single-position location of surfaces profiles of openings, amplitude, frequency, waveform, and the pressure difference (P-P) measured on the pump of generating compression and rarefaction pressure waves so, that an energy efficiency of a process of generating pressure waves determined by minimal value of the specific ratio and therefore a maximum energy efficiency of the interaction of the specific wave energy with the elastic fluid flow, is optimized.

Method of profiling openings of elements of mechanical system for generating optimal pressure waves in elastic fluids

In a method of dynamic energy-saving superconductive transporting of medium flow, a modulated flow-forming action is applied to the medium from an action element for providing a modulated process of flow transporting in a given direction, and a frequency, a drop-shaped form of a law with a range and a comparative phase of a negative modulating of the action are predetermined so that a minimal value of the energy ratio of a controlled acting value of a modulated flow-forming energy of the action to a controlled acting value of a kinetic energy formed in the modulated medium flow during the flow transporting is provided.
