A computer-implemented method and corresponding system that can allow an eyewitness of an emergency incident to instantly report it to the emergency services by sending data such as a photo of the emergency scene, without having to wait for a call-taker or agent to answer a call. This data is processed by an emergency service platform, which automatically dispatches the required resources to the emergency scene, thus managing to significantly reduce the response time of emergency services.

Method and system for asynchronous reporting of emergency incidents

A computer-implemented method and system for response-time-reduction in emergency incident events can include an artificial intelligent agent (AI Agent) that can monitor an emergency environment in real-time upon an occurrence or change in one or more emergency incident information values. The AI Agent can analyze if one or more emergency incident information values occurs and/or reaches across one or more predefined thresholds. One or more first responders can then be automatically dispatched if the analysis has shown that this is necessary. The AI Agent can be rewarded based on its performance of monitoring and/or dispatching and can adjust the one or more predefined thresholds according to the reward.

Computer-implemented method and system for response time reduction in emergency incident events

A method for interacting of a PSAP with a portable network device includes detection of a trigger signal of an eyewitness-button and storing call log data of the call by the PSAP. A signaling connection between the portable network device and the PSAP can be set up and a geographical area of interest close to the actual location of the portable network device can be determined. At least one external portable network device of a list can be scanned and the scanning result from the at least one external portable network device of the list can be forwarded to the PSAP via the signaling connection after it is protected by the PSAP. Systems and devices can utilize embodiments of the method.

Method for interacting with a network device

A computer-implemented method can include providing a list of team members, each of the team members being grouped according to the team they are working with. The method can also include establishing a virtual floor plan comprising the location of every team in a virtual office, wherein the location of every team on the virtual floor plan corresponds to the arrangement of the teams in a real physical office building; determining the distance between the teams on the virtual floor plan according to the distance between the teams in the real physical office building; detecting conversations of the respective teams; and outputting the conversations of the respective teams so an output device located at the least one remotely working team member is able to output the conversations. A system and a device can be provided to utilize the method as well.
