A pipe cutting device includes: a body; a pipe fixing part disposed adjacent to a hollow hole of the body and capable of fixing a pipe; a rotating plate coupled to the body so as to be rotatable about a center axis of the hollow hole and connected to a first driving part to be rotationally controlled; a cam coupled to the rotating plate so as to be rotatable about a rotation shaft at a point spaced apart from the center axis; and a cutter part coupled to the rotating plate to rotate together with the rotating plate and to come into contact with the cam such that, according to rotation of the cam, a cutting tip moves forwards and backwards the center axis.

A composition for stably preparing a hollow particle by a coacervation method, a hollow particle prepared using a composition for preparing a hollow particle, and a method of preparing a hollow particle are disclosed. A mono-disperse hollow particle is stably provided by excellent coacervate forming capability, such that it is expected to be beneficially used as a carrier in various fields such as a cosmetic, a paint, plastic, rubber, a synthetic wood, a refractory material, and an agricultural chemical.

Composition for preparing hollow particles, hollow particles using the same and method of manufacturing the hollow particles

A pipe machining carriage, including a carriage configured to travel along an outer circumference of a pipe, and a chain coupled to both ends of the carriage wraps around the outer surface of the pipe. The carriage and the chain precisely move along the outer surface of the pipe. The disclosure may provide a carriage that performs machining with high accuracy by preventing the carriage from deviating from the original mounted position by moving the chain along with movement of the carriage. The disclosure may also provide a carriage mounted stably on the outer circumferential surface of the pipe to machine the pipe, regardless of pipe diameter, by adjusting a distance between the carriage drive wheels. The disclosure may prevent the carriage from slipping by mounting a front wheel and a rear wheel to the same drive shaft so the front and rear wheels rotate simultaneously in response to motor operation.

Carriage for pipe machining

A machine for cutting or beveling a pipe. A cutter unit rotates around the pipe while cutting any surface of the pipe after gripping and fixing the pipe. The machine includes: a main body which a pipe passes through the center portion thereof to be fixed; and a cutter unit coupled to the main body unit rotates around the fixed pipe to cut or bevel the pipe. The cutter unit may have a rotating unit on one side to pull the cutter unit aside and a locking unit on the other side to restrain or release the cutter unit. An entry control unit operating the cutter unit includes: a lever gear-engaged with an outer side surface of an entry control plate; and a clutch formed on a rotation shaft of the lever such that the restraint is released when the lever is lifted or pressed in the axial direction.

Pipe cutting and beveling machine

Disclosed is an orbital cutting apparatus that is capable of freely and selectively controlling forward and backward movement of a plurality of cutting tools, allowing the cutting tools to move forward and backward and to move in an axial direction of a material to be cut so as to enable processing of various shapes as well as cutting and chamfering, and is capable of simultaneously carrying out cutting and chamfering operations for a pipe material or a heavy pipe having a thickness of dozens of mm or more.

Orbital cutting apparatus capable of freely and selectively controlling plurality of cutting tools within rotating body by using rotational speed ratio

Disclosed are a power transfer device for transferring external power to a rotary body, a pipe cutting device using the power transfer device and a hydraulic chucking device using the power transfer device. The power transfer device is configured to transfer external power to a rotary body coupled to one side of a main body. The power transfer device includes at least one double-action interlocking cylinder mounted to a rear surface of the rotary body and provided with a rod protruding toward the main body, a push unit installed in the main body and provided with at least one pusher protruding toward the rotary body, and a bearing disposed between the pusher of the push unit and the rod of the interlocking cylinder and configured to allow relative rotation of the pusher and the rod and to transfer power between the pusher and the rod.

An apparatus for processing material to a desired shape by controlling a cutting tool by wireless communication, capable of performing cutting/beveling and processing using one cutting tip and performing cutting and improvement operations of a tube material. The processing apparatus includes a drive wheel rotatably coupled to one side of a main body part while a workpiece penetrates the drive wheel, a main motor unit for rotating the drive wheel (in a C-axis direction), at least one stage coupled to the front of the drive wheel to precisely reciprocate in a center direction of the workpiece (in an X-axis direction), a cutting tool mounted to the stage so as to cut an outside surface or an end surface portion of the workpiece, and a control unit for controlling the stage and the main motor unit, wherein the control unit and the stage are controlled by wireless communication.

Apparatus for processing circular or square tube or bar material to desired shape by freely controlling cutting tool by wireless communication

Disclosed is a chamfering machine which enables a smooth cutting operation by allowing a workpiece to be fixed to a position corresponding to an optimal cutting condition. The chamfering machine comprises a cutting position groove, which is formed in the bottom surface of an upper guide, and into which a part of the outer circumferential surface of a workpiece is inserted, wherein the central part of the cutting position groove is formed to correspond to the cutting end of a chamfering cutter. The machining method is configured such that the chamfering cutter enters perpendicular to a centerline direction of a circular material and, after entering while cutting, to a point where the cutting end of a cutting tip is in line with the centerline, rotates a tubular material or revolves the chamfering cutter around the tubular material and thus can cut the surface of the circular material.

Disclosed is a process of preparing a biodegradable polymer using an enzyme catalyst and a biodegradable polymer prepared through the process. The process includes polycondensing a polyhydric alcohol monomer having a secondary hydroxyl functional group and an acid monomer having a dicarboxylic group in the presence of the enzyme catalyst. Since the biodegradable polymer according to the present invention is polymerized using an enzyme in the course of the polycondensation, it is easily prepared and friendly to nature, and it is possible to control the molecular weight by varying the reaction time in the course of the polymerization. Thus, the biodegradable polymer is usefully applied to control the dose of a drug in a drug release system and is useful as a supporter for regenerating a desired biological tissue of a patient in tissue engineering.

The apparatus of the invention may provide a network of fluidic channels that may be used to manipulate a fluid to produce, for example, a gradient or a series of solutions containing a substance at varying concentrations.
