A thin-film encapsulation layer includes an organic encapsulation layer covering the plurality of display elements. An inorganic encapsulation layer is on the organic encapsulation layer. A planarization layer partially covers the thin-film encapsulation layer in the third area. The inorganic encapsulation layer includes a first surface facing the planarization layer and a second surface facing in an opposite direction.
