A membrane valve arrangement () includes a disc-shaped valve membrane () made from an elastic material and a disc () having a central opening (). The valve membrane () is arranged with one side on the disc () and has a circumferential sealing bead () radially outside on the side opposite from the disc. The disc () is arranged, along with the valve membrane (), between a housing upper part () and a housing lower part () of the membrane valve arrangement (). The sealing bead () is clamped between the housing upper part () and the housing lower part (). The sealing action in the region of the sealing bead is largely independent of tolerances because, on at least one of the housing parts in the region of the sealing bead () and/or in the radially outer peripheral region of the disc (), additional sealing arrangements are present.

Membrane valve arrangement

An electropneumatic pilot unit for controlling a pneumatic consumer is provided herein. The pilot unit comprises at least two electromagnetic pilot valves. Each of the electromagnetic pilot valves comprises a coil for producing a magnetic flux along a valve axis, an armature which can be moved in the axial direction of the valve axis, a valve seat which can be closed and opened by the armature, and a pneumatic inlet port and a pneumatic outlet port. At least two of the pilot valves lie next to each other with parallel valve axes. Each pilot valve has a port which protrudes towards a common underside for connection to a pilot chamber of the consumer controlled by the pilot valves.

Pilot unit, actuator system and method for producing said system

A valve unit () for modulating pressure in a compressed air braking system has an inlet valve () configured as a diaphragm valve, an outlet valve () configured as a diaphragm valve, and respective precontrol valves (), which are each configured as a 3/2-way solenoid valve and are arranged in an elongate valve housing (), which is divided by a division plane () that is largely horizontal in the installation position into a base housing () and a housing cover (). The precontrol valves () are arranged in the housing cover () in the longitudinal direction (), and the housing cover () has a centrally arranged magnet module () and two air guide modules () adjacent to the magnet module () in the longitudinal direction () and connected via a single connecting element () both to each other and to the base housing ().

Valve unit for modulating pressure in an air-brake system

A modulator for a vehicle brake system connected to a central module via a data bus, includes at least one input for capturing measured values and at least one output for controlling at least one electromagnetic valve. A control circuit for actuating the valve is connected by the bus such that the measured values are transmitted to the central module. Control commands for actuating the valve are calculated from the measured values in the central module, and are transmitted via the data bus to the modulator so that the it selects the valve as a function of the commands. A vehicle system has at least two modulators and a central module integrated in a modulator. The modulator can be used as a pressure modulator in an air suspension system or in an electronic braking system or in a conventional braking system with an anti-lock braking system or an electronic stability program.

Modulator

A solenoid-valve unit for an electropneumatic controller, especially a pilot-control unit of an electropneumatic pressure modulator of a vehicle, includes a solenoid-valve unit having a valve-housing bottom with compressed-air bores, and solenoid valves having solenoids and displaceable magnet armatures. The solenoids are disposed outside of the valve-housing bottom. At least one pressure sensor for measuring pneumatic pressure in a compressed-air bore of the valve-housing bottom is placed in or on the valve-housing bottom. Electric leads to the solenoids and to the pressure sensor are routed to a common electrical interface.
