An apparatus for optical in-situ gas analysis includes: a housing; a measuring lance a first end connected to the housing and a second end projecting into the gas to be measured; a light transmitter that is arranged in the housing and whose light is conducted into the measuring lance and is reflected by a reflector arranged at the second end onto a light receiver, and the optical path defines an optical measurement path within the measuring lance; and, an evaluation device for evaluating received light signals of the light receiver. In order to be able to reduce the consumption of test gas, the measuring lance has an outer tube, with the outer tube having openings for the gas to be measured. The openings can be closed by at least one seal for the test phase, with the seal searingly closing the openings by the enlargement of its volume.

Optical analyzer having a holder for installation in a gas-carrying hollow space

The invention relates to an optical analysis device for analyzing a medium in a measurement volume, comprising a housing having an opening, a flange for holding the housing in a reception opening of the measurement volume and an optical analysis unit in the housing. In accordance with the invention, a fastening stub provided at the housing and including the opening is provided for fastening the housing in the flange, with the fastening stub having an outer geometry which is matched to the inner geometry of the flange such that it can be displaced in the flange in the direction of the measurement volume and away from it. A clip is provided with which the flange and the fastening stub can be connected to one another in shape-matched and/or force-transmitting manner in different positions of the fastening stub in the flange.

Optical analysis device

A concentration measuring device for determining a concentration of gas or particles in a measurement volume includes at least one housing having an opening for communication with the measurement volume, a light source for transmitting measurement light through the housing into the measurement volume, a light receiver for receiving the measurement light after its passage through the measurement volume and an evaluation unit which is designed for determining the concentration of gas or particles from the measurement light received at the light receiver. In accordance with the invention at least one body of solid material is arranged in the at least one housing such that the measurement light path largely passes through the at least one solid body within the housing, with the portion of the measurement light path within the at least one housing not passing through the at least one solid body having a specified total length.

An apparatus for the analysis of a fluid in a line or in a container, having an optoelectronic apparatus, including: at least two housing parts having housing flanges for flanging to a wall of the line or of the container so that the housing parts are disposed opposite one another; a light transmitter and a light receiver which define an optical measurement path between them within the line or the container; and an evaluation unit, the apparatus further having a temperature measurement apparatus and/or a pressure measuring apparatus, wherein, the temperature measuring apparatus is held extending parallel to the optical measurement path within the line or the container via a spacer or a dynamic pressure pipe of the pressure measuring apparatus and the spacer or the dynamic pressure pipe is fastened to an intermediate flange which can be inserted between one of the housing flanges and the wall.

Apparatus for the analysis of a fluid

A method and apparatus for determining a range of sight which are capable of monitoring and correcting the operability of the instrument. A light emitter directs an emitted light beam to a measurement zone and a light receiver receives a received light beam from the measurement zone. The emitted light beam and the received light beam cross each other in the measurement zone. A deflector deflects at least a portion of the emitted light beam downstream of the measurement zone along a light transmitting path and directs the portion of the emitted light beam into the received light beam at a side of the measurement zone opposite from the light receiver. An optical shutter intermittently closes the light transmitting path in a temporally controlled manner.
