A longitudinal adjuster may have one pair of rails and a drive device for the pair of rails. The pair of rails has a first rail and a second rail, on which the first rail is guided displaceably. The drive device has a geared motor with an output shaft, a motor, a gear unit, a spindle, and a coupling arrangement for coupling the spindle and the output shaft. The spindle is mounted rotatably about a spindle axis. The coupling arrangement may have a flexible coupling which is connected in a form-fitting and/or force-fitting manner on the one hand to a spindle end and on the other hand to a shaft end of the output shaft and is designed to damp vibrations and/or to compensate for an offset between the spindle end and the shaft end. A vehicle seat may have the longitudinal adjuster.

Longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat, and vehicle seat

A seat rail pair for a vehicle seat is disclosed. The seat rail pair may have a lower rail and an upper rail. The upper rail may be moved relative to the lower rail via mutually engaged profiles. The lower rail may have a substantially C-shaped profile and the upper rail may have a substantially U-shaped profile. Roller members may be arranged between the upper rail and the lower rail to facilitate relative movement.

Seat rail pair for a vehicle seat

A vehicle seat longitudinal adjuster () includes a seat track pair () with a lower seat track () and an upper seat track () that mutually engage one another for guided relative and longitudinal direction (x) movement. The lower seat track () has a substantially C-shaped profile () with sections () that are bent downward at the ends. The upper seat track () has a substantially U-shaped profile () with end sections () that are bent upward; the relative displaceability of the two seat tracks () with respect to one another is limited by means of an interaction of an end stop () disposed on the lower seat track () with a stop element () disposed on the upper seat track (), and wherein the end stop () is designed in the form of an extension of part of the downward bent sections () and the lower seat track () comprises a slotted hole () in the region of the end stop ().

A longitudinal adjuster for a vehicle seat may have at least one seat rail pair, which is formed from a lower seat rail and an upper seat rail, which is guided for sliding in the longitudinal direction relative to the lower seat rail. The two seat rails of the seat rail pair may engage around one another. The lower seat rail or the upper seat rail may have at least one opening. The at least one opening may have an opening cross-section, the two upper corner regions of which each have a curvature portion may have a radius which continuously changes of the course of the curvature portion. A vehicle seat with the adjuster is described.

Longitudinal adjuster and vehicle seat

A bearing cage (), for a seat rail pair () of a vehicle seat (), has two interconnected cage elements () which are axially symmetrical and accommodate a number of rolling bodies (). A connecting element () is arranged between the cage elements () at longitudinal sides of said cage elements, which face toward one another. The connecting element runs parallel to an axis of symmetry (S) and is of mechanically flexible. The connecting element () is in the form of a spring. The cage elements () form spring limbs which are pivotable about the axis of symmetry (S). A seat rail pair () for a vehicle seat (), in particular a motor vehicle seat, is also provided and includes at least one such bearing cage (). A vehicle seat () is also provided that includes at least one such seat rail pair ().

Bearing cage and seat rail pair for a vehicle seat

A cover (), for a rail pair () of a longitudinally adjustable vehicle seat (), includes at least one bottom rail () affixed to the vehicle and one top rail () which top rail () is longitudinally movable relative to the bottom rail (). The cover () has a cover element () arranged and placed on at least one end () of the rail pair () and an integrated stiffening element (), designed to stiffen at least one of the two rails (), which protrudes into an interior chamber of the rail pair ().

A rail pair (), for a vehicle seat (), includes at least a lower seat rail (S) and an upper seat rail (S), which engage around one another in such a way that a rail profile is formed and which can be moved in relation to each other in a longitudinal direction (L) and can be interlocked by a rail locking device (). Rolling elements () are arranged between the seat rails (S, S) in an interaction region. The upper seat rail (S) includes two side walls (S, S), which two side walls (S, S), in a vertical orientation, protrude largely in parallel and perpendicularly from a bottom region (S). One of the side walls (S) is bent outward in a continued course in some regions of the longitudinal direction (L).
